Palestinian autocrat Abbas praises North Korean dictator on ‘Liberation Day’

According to a Palestinian Media Watch report, the PA leader showered congratulations and praises on Kim Jong-Un, wishing  him “all health and happiness,” for Korea’s Liberation Day.

Palestinian Authority (PA) chairman Mahmoud Abbas today sent congratulations to the ruler of North Korea, Kim Jong-Un, in honor of the country’s Liberation Day,  (PMW) reported. In the statement released by WAFA, the official PA news agency, Abbas wished Jong-un “all health and happiness.”

Abbas wished “the Korean people continued stability and prosperity; and that the historical friendly relations between Palestine and North Korea and their two peoples will continue to develop and grow.” Continue Reading »

Hamas rallies behind North Korea after threatening Israel

 

According to an Israeli report, Hamas welcomed North Korea’s threat against Israel saying, “Hamas condemns the Israeli attack on Pyongyang and stresses that the occupation is the leader of evil.”

The Hamas terrorist organization on Sunday thanked North Korea for issuing a threat against Israel a day earlier.

“Hamas condemns the Israeli attack on Pyongyang and stresses that the occupation is the leader of evil,” the group said, according to the Hebrew-language Walla! news website.

Hamas also said it appreciated the statements made by North Korea in condemnation of the “continuation of the occupation”, as well as its support for the Palestinian people “until it achieves its freedom.” Continue Reading »

The isolated Asian nation may have finally succeeded in launching a satellite into space, with the real aim of what critics say was a disguised ballistic missile test.

Isolated and impoverished North Korea launched its second long-range rocket of 2012 on Wednesday and may have finally succeeded in putting a satellite into space, the stated aim of what critics say is a disguised ballistic missile test.

The rocket was launched just before 10 a.m. Korean time (0100 GMT) and overflew the Japanese island of Okinawa.

Iran ‘May have Tested Nukes in N. Korea in 2010’

Germany’s Die Welt: two nuclear weapons tests in North Korea in 2010 might have been conducted for Iran.

 

The Sunday morning edition of Germany’s Die Welt, quoted by leading journalist David Goldman in Pajamas Media, reports that Western intelligence agencies detected two nuclear weapons tests in North Korea in 2010, and that one or both of them might have been conducted for Iran. The author is the respected German analyst and former top official Hans Rühle, who quotes new documentation showing that the Iranian regime began its drive for nuclear weapons as early as 1984, under the direct orders of Ayatollah Khomeini.
