WATCH: IDF neutralized four in Syria planting bomb on Israeli border

An IDF Spokesperson confirmed the simultaneous fire by an awaiting commando team that hit an unidentified squad of four terrorists placing explosives inside the Syrian frontier on Israel’s border.

The Israeli army on Monday said it targeted a group of four people who had planted explosives along the border fence with Syria on the Golan Heights.

Soldiers spotted the group near a frontier outpost overnight and, backed by air support, “fired simultaneously towards the squad of four terrorists, a hit was identified”, the military said.

On the right the four men squad is identified, on the left is the confirmed hit.

4th Palestinians killed in PA spurred violence to protest Trump peace-deal

During Arab clashes protesting the Trump peace initiative on Friday, a 19 yr-old Palestinian protester was shot dead by an IDF sniper to neutralize his throwing Molotov cocktails at soldiers.

A Palestinian protester was shot dead by IDF troops during clashes on Friday in the town of Qaffin near Tulkarem as violence over US President Donald Trump’s Middle East peace plan continues.

The Palestinian teenager was identified by the Palestinan Health Ministry as 19 year-old Bader Nidal Ahmad Nafleh. He was shot in the neck during violent riots in the town of Qaffin, near Tulkarm, after being shot in the neck. Continue Reading »

IDF kills 3 armed Palestinian terrorists during infiltration attempt

Sources from the Hamas-controlled terror enclave report 3 dead and another Palestinian militant wounded when, according to the IDF, 5 armed terrorists were seen trying to sneak into Israel less than 2 hours after Gaza fired 3 rockets at communities in southern Israel.

Three Palestinian militants who were trying to infiltrate the border with Israel were killed by Israeli fire, the medical sources in the Hamas-controlled enclave said Sunday. The sources added that another Palestinian was left wounded.

IDF tank destroys Hamas position in Gaza after arson balloons launched

Coming after Saturday’s attack, the IDF said in a statement relating to Sundays response, “An IDF tank attacked a military post belonging to the Hamas terror group in the northern Gaza Strip, in response to explosive devices that were thrown (at the security fence) and balloons carrying explosive devices that were launched throughout the evening.”

NOT protected by the Sabbath: Israel aircraft fires on Gaza terrorists

Relating to the incident, an IDF spokesperson’s statement explained, “Troops identified a terrorist squad which launched explosive balloons into Israeli territory from the southern Gaza Strip. In response, an Israel Defense Forces aircraft fired towards the terrorists.”

The Israeli military said Saturday it launched airstrikes against two terror cells in Gaza, after they flew balloons rigged with explosives into Israel.

“Troops identified a terrorist squad which launched explosive balloons into Israeli territory from the southern Gaza Strip,” the IDF said in a statement.

“In response, an Israel Defense Forces aircraft fired towards the terrorists.”

IDF officer and Border Police officer injured when a car with 3 Palestinian terrorists drove into group of Israeli security personnel on the side of the road northwest of Ramallah in Samaria.
– IDF opened fire on the vehicle, killing 2 and injuring the third terrorist.

Two Israeli security personnel were injured in a ramming attack in Samaria early Monday morning.

The incident occurred in the village of Kafr Nimma northwest of Ramallah in the Binyamin district of Samaria, when terrorists ran down a group of Israeli soldiers at the entrance of the village.

IDF moving large mechanized forces to Gaza border

The IDF has begun gathering tanks, artillery, infantry troops and engineering vehicles along Israel’s southern border with Gaza, possibly as a deterrent to an anticipated escalation of terror attacks on the IDF & Israeli communities.

The IDF started ramping up its armored forces along the Gaza border on Thursday in a daylight show of force following a Security Cabinet decision to escalate retaliation for any violent incidents originating in the strip.

Among the forces that amassed at the border were dozens of tanks, artillery, infantry APCs and engineering vehicles.

Two Hamas militants were killed Tuesday after the IDF shelled a Hamas position near Beit Lahiya in the northern Gaza Strip after troops came under fire while on patrol.

BREAKING: Israel shoots down Syrian jet

Sirens sound in Israel’s north for the second day, as the IDF launches Patriot ground-to-air interceptors at Syrian plane intruding into Israeli airspace.

Sirens sounded Tuesday afternoon in regional councils in the Golan Heights and the Jordan Valley, as well as in the northern city of Katzrin.

Residents of northern Israel reported that two interceptor missiles were fired from the Tzfat region.

IDF unit retaliates with strike on Syria outpost that fired mortar at Israel

Not specifying whether the target belonged to the rebels or regime, IDF forces strikes the Syria outpost that earlier fired a mortar towards Israel, which fell in the “buffer zone” adjacent to Israel’s border fence.

The Israel Defense Force said it on on Friday that it struck a Syrian outpost after a stray mortar shell landed near Israel’s border in a designated “buffer zone” adjacent to the eastern part of the security fence.

The errant fire that fell east of Israel’s security fence was a result of spillover from internal fighting between the Syrian regime and rebels.

Tank shell kills Palestinian terrorist who shot at IDF soldiers from Gaza

One Palestinian terrorist dead, another left injured as a result of opening fire on IDF soldiers near the Gaza border Monday.

Terrorists opened fire at IDF soldiers stationed near the border with the northern Gaza Strip Monday.

In response, the IDF attacked three Hamas positions in Gaza with tanks and planes in Beit Lahiya in the northern Gaza Strip. It is possible that the some or all of the positions belong to the Islamic Jihad terrorist organization.

After Palestinian terrorists infiltrate Israel from Gaza, setting an IDF observation & response post ablaze, an IDF tank responds in kind, destroying a Hamas observation post in Gaza.

Gazan terrorists crossed the border fence south of the community of Kissufim this morning and set fire to an IDF sniper post.

There were no casualties. In response, an IDF tank attacked a Hamas observation post in the southern Gaza Strip.

IDF lookouts using the Tzayad system linking the intelligence gathering elements with the command echelon, as well as with the fire and maneuvering elements, through a network of optic fibers and encrypted radio communication in the field.
