BBC cancels interview with Knesset Member for telling truth about Saeb Erekat

In pre-interview meeting, Knesset Member Sharren Haskel admits PLO chief Erekat actually, “promoted, financed, and pushed for an armed struggle against the State of Israel,” up until his death. That comment led to the BBC canceling scheduled interview.

The British Broadcasting Corporation (BBC) canceled an interview it scheduled with Likud MK Sharren Haskel after, according to her, it became clear to them that she was not mourning the death of terror-supporter Erekat.

According to MK Haskel, she agreed to the BBC’s request to be interviewed about Erekat’s death, but in the briefing call she told them that he “promoted, financed, and pushed for an armed struggle against the State of Israel.” Continue Reading »

Saeb Erekat, secretary-general of the PLO and chief Palestinian Authority negotiator, is currently hospitalized in serious condition at Jerusalem’s Hadassah Ein Kerem Hospital. Erekat had a lung transfer a year ago, and has contracted COVID-19.

There is a great embarrassment in the PA following Erekat’s hospitalization because it is a step that requires civilian and security coordination with Israel and exposes the discrimination of senior PA officials over its residents, who are banned from seeking medical treatment in Israel. PLO chairman Erekat on ventilator in Jerusalem hospital for COVID

PLO propagandist Saeb Erekat, who has become a mega-millionaire delegitimizing and demonizing Israel to the world, turns to Israeli hospital to save his life after experiencing respiratory difficulties associated with the global pandemic, COVID-19.

Secretary General of the Executive Committee of the PLO, Saeb Erekat, who contracted the coronavirus earlier this month in the Palestinian Authority and now considered to be in critical condition, was given permission by Israel’s Defense Ministry to be transferred to Jerusalem’s Hadassah Medical Center.

The 65-year-old Palestinian official was put on ventilator after experiencing respiratory difficulties.

“Erekat had a quiet night but this morning his condition deteriorated and is now defined as critical, and due to respiratory distress he was intubated and sedated,” the hospital said in a statement. Continue Reading »

PLO warns Romania, Honduras against fulling promise to relocate Embassies

The PLO chief said that the promises by Romania & Honduras at AIPAC to move their embassies to Jerusalem were part of [Trump’s] attempt to impose solution on the Palestinians, then bombastically decried the moves “illegal” warning, it would “contribute to igniting the region.”

PLO leader Erekat calls on Palestinian boycott of US Embassy in Jerusalem

The leading diplomat and official PA peace negotiation team leader urges the international community to boycott the new Palestinian Affairs Unit inside the Jerusalem Embassy, which was created to consolidate & expedite requests by taking over the responsibilities of the (now closed) U.S. Consulate, that was also located in the Israeli capital.

The US this week merged its embassy and consulate in Jerusalem. US envoy Greenblatt accuses Saeb Erekat of ‘spreading misinformation’

White House Special Envoy to the Middle East Jason Greenblatt responded on Twitter to correct the Palestinian lead negotiator Saeb Erekat after having purposely propagated misinformation, reminding him, “Saeb, please have more respect for the Palestinians in both Gaza & the West Bank; they deserve it.”

U.S. Special Envoy to the Middle East Jason Greenblatt took to Twitter on Tuesday to attack senior Palestinian Authority official Saeb Erekat.

In a series of tweets, Greenblatt accused Erekat of “spreading misinformation” and refuted claims that the goal of American policy was to sever the West Bank and Gaza.

U.S. State Department spokeswoman Heather Nauert, announced that PLO mission office in Washington was officially closed due to Palestinian entrenchment over the past 10 months in refusing to engage in peace talks.
