In a scathing letter to the RBF earlier this month, the Israeli legal watchdog group warned the RBF that its support of groups that advocate boycotting Israel could cause the fund to be “considered complicit and as a participant in these groups’ illegal activities.”

The fund, which belongs to the Rockefeller family, donates especially large sums of money to various institutions in Israel and abroad, which according to the allegations include Israeli and Palestinian human rights groups that publicly support the BDS movement.

  1. Herb Rosenthal says:

I don’t understand how an otherwise respected organization can be so ignorant of the basic facts. Israel is America’s only ally in the Middle-East. It is the only democracy there. America cannot survive without it’s support, which has been proven by certain major events.
BUT, the “common enemy ploy” to gain power and authority, used by Hitler, is, unfortunately, still being used by uninformed persons in power. Ergo, RBF has either succumbed to the falsified premise or is yet another organization worthy of destruction. The key question is, does RBF have the intent and courage to take appropriate action or shall it hide under the cover of criminal activity.
