8 European countries try to interfere in Israel’s Supreme Court ruling

In ignoring Israeli High Court of Justice decision to demolish the illegally built Bedouin encampment, Khan al-Ahmar, and have the squatter residents removed from the public land, a statement was read by the Dutch ambassador outside the UN rebuking Israel’s HCJ decision by publicly trying to (erroneously) associate it to a “forced transfer of population,” a war crime.

By The Associated Press

Eight European Union nations are underlining their opposition to Israel’s planned demolition of the illegally-built Bedouin village of Khan al-Ahmar and are urging its government to reconsider the decision.

The statement was read by Dutch Ambassador Karel Van Oosterom outside the UN Security Council on Thursday. Continue Reading »

Visiting Christian Millennials Realize Media Deceived Them About Israel

A party of eleven young millennials visiting from seven Western countries were flabbergasted when an Arab Christian told them, “There is no [Israeli] occupation,” adding, “Where is the occupation? We are completely under the Palestinian Authority.”

By Charles Gardner

An international group of millennials have seen the Israeli-Palestinian conflict in a new light after engaging with both sides – and being shocked by what they discovered.

A party of eleven young people from seven nations were brought together for the chance to understand issues from the point of view of those living there. They were deliberately not primed to view things from any particular perspective in order to allow them to form their own conclusions through interviews and talks with representatives of both Israelis and Palestinians. Op-Ed: UK taxpayers step up to cover Palestinian terror as countries freeze PA aid

Amid countries recently suspending their funding to the Palestinians after a new report revealed PA schools use Western money to teach the students to risk their lives and die as martyrs, the UK recently gave £20 million in aid to maintain Palestinian schools.

By Charles Gardner

As support for the Palestinian cause drops off even in the Arab world, news that Australia has cut a $7 million ‘lifeline’ to a death-cult is welcome indeed.

Maybe it’s also time for Britain to get real – especially in the wake of the barely reported stoning of Prince William’s vehicle – and acknowledge the need to stop encouraging terror with taxpayers’ money. Continue Reading »

Torchbearer of FAKE NEWS, CNN is major propagator of Hamas propaganda

The international media, which CNN is a major contributor, has been unabashedly aiding and perpetuating the violent situation in Gaza, maybe even more than Hamas by infuriating global audiences against Israel, as a Hamas echo chamber by disseminating ‘Pallywood’ propaganda as factual news.

By Yochanan Visser

US Ambassador to Israel David Friedman this week harshly criticized the international media for being an “echo chamber” for Hamas and other Palestinian organizations in their reporting on the Gaze border riots over the past two months.

Czech FM, ‘Hamas alone responsible for Palestinian deaths during protests’

Czech Republic’s Foreign Minister issues uniquely honest statement for a European leader regarding the Gaza strip border violence, saying, “It’s also important to note…that Hamas habitually sends children to the riots’ focal points, so it could blame Israel for the deaths of children in front of the world.”

WATCH: Gaza Fence Protesters Are Clearly Not Peaceful

This ‘Must Watch’ video clearly illustrates the deadly violence directed against Israel’s soldiers, and how the Hamas rulers are filmed openly admitting that their true scheme (said in Arabic to their followers) is to breach the fence and destroy Israel.

By Israel Today Staff

The mainstream media continues to misrepresent the Gaza border fence protests as peaceful in nature, and, therefore, Israel’s military response as criminally disproportionate.

But, as usual, the truth isn’t difficult to uncover if one only listens to what the Palestinians themselves have to say.

Video clips show clearly that those protesting at the fence are engaging in deadly violence against Israeli soldiers, and Gaza’s Hamas rulers openly admit that the agenda remains to breach the fence and destroy Israel. Continue Reading »

Palestinians now exploit UNICEF in its political battles against Israel and the IDF

The nonprofit watchdog group NGO Monitor just revealed that “UNICEF Palestine” has joined other UN NGOs, such as UNESCO, UNRWA in its political war on Israel, by targeting the IDF to be added to a U.N. blacklist of organizations that violate children’s rights, e.g. Islamic State (ISIS), al-Qaida, Boko Haram and the Taliban.

By Liora Cohen

Anti-Israel activity at the United Nations is mainly associated with UNRWA and UNESCO.

UNRWA, the aid agency for Palestinian refugees, has a reputation for inciting to violence and perpetuating the Palestinians’ refugee status, while UNESCO, the U.N.’s cultural agency, consistently denies any Jewish links to Jerusalem. Continue Reading »

VIDEO: Israel’s PM Netanyahu’s Responds to UN General Assembly Vote on Jerusalem

By HERB KEINON

US threats to cut off aid to countries voting in favor of a General Assembly resolution condemning the US for deciding to move its embassy to Jerusalem did not move the needle too far inside the world body, as the measure passed by a vote of 128 against nine, with 35 abstentions. Sour Grapes: Arab Knesset Member laments UN’s celebration of Israel’s independence

Israeli Arab parliamentarian, MK Ahmad Tibi exploits platform at the UN to censure Israel for celebrating the 1947 Partition Plan that subsequently led to its independence.

By Itamar Eichner

MK Ahmad Tibi (Joint List) attacked Israel and a UN-held celebration of the 1947 Partition Plan vote which led to Israel’s Declaration of Independence, saying it is hypocritical of the state to celebrate such an event while denying Palestinians independence.

Speaking at a United Nations convention held in observance of the International Day of Solidarity with the Palestinian People, Tibi panned Israel for what he says are discriminatory acts.

“Instead of working for equality, peace and acceptance of the other, the Israeli government promotes the Nationality Bill that speaks of self-determination only for Jews and establishes communities without Arabs,” said Tibi, adding that “the Joint List is working together with democratic Jews against the flood of these laws in order to bring about a better life.”

Tibi, who was one of the main speakers at the event, also attacked the conduct of Israeli security forces and “policemen who killed innocent and holy Palestinians are still walking freely.”

He listed the names of Arab residents he claimed were wrongfully killed by Israeli forces, including: 22-year-old Khair al-Din Rouf Hamdan from Kafr Kanna, who was shot by police after violently threatening them with a knife; 50-year-old Yaqub Abu al-Qiyan from Umm al-Hiran, who was shot after police mistakenly thought he was about to commit a ramming attack; and 27-year-old Muhammad Taha, who was shot by a civilian security guard during violent riots that broke out in Kafr Qasim. In a newly released letter written to a close friend in 1986, Prince Charles attributed the Mid-East turmoil to the ‘influx of foreign Jews,’ expressing his hopes that ‘some U.S. president will have the courage to stand up to the Jewish lobby,’ because it’s Jewish emigration to Israel that’s the root cause of terrorism.
