Bon Jovi ignores an online petition created by the Palestinian Campaign for the Academic & Cultural Boycott of Israel urging him to “reconsider his upcoming concert in apartheid Israel.”

A Palestinian group has created an online petition urging Bon Jovi to “reconsider his upcoming concert in apartheid Israel,” which is scheduled for October 3rd in Tel Aviv.

The Palestinian Campaign for the Academic and Cultural Boycott of Israel created the petition through the website change.org, claiming that Bon Jovi’s concert “is already being used to divert attention from Israel’s human rights abuses and war crimes.”

#BDSfail: Preached, But Not Practiced in the West Bank Town of Bethlehem

Although Bethlehem now has a Muslim majority, it is still the center of Christian efforts to promote the anti-Israel BDS movement, where ironically, products from the Jewish State are openly sold & widely promoted.

It’s somewhat ironic that as “human rights” activists around the world push to boycott Israeli goods, in Bethlehem, which is the capital of Christian efforts to promote the BDS movement, products from the Jewish state are widely available there.

That fact was demonstrated last week by Israeli activist Kay Wilson, who during a visit to Bethlehem to spend the day with a Palestinian friend decided to browse a number of local shops. Continue Reading »

#BDSfail: Swedish supermarket chain reverses Israel boycott policy

Thousands of pro-Israel activists flooded the COOP chain’s management with messages against their improper anti-Israel discrimination, threatening to boycott the supermarket chain instead, if it continues its unfair trade policy against the Jewish State.

Israel has won an important victory over the Boycott, Divestment and Sanctions Movement (BDS) when a boycott on the sale of Israeli products in a supermarket chain in Sweden has been cancelled.

The national supermarket chain COOP has 655 branches across Sweden. Israel, that was worried the boycott would spread from three local stores in the city of Varberg to all branches nationwide, launched an impressive media campaign to combat it.
