Gaza’s Islamic terrorist Hamas rulers said Wednesday they intend to execute people convicted of murder even without the needed approval of Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas.

Convicted in the absence of due process, the body of a supposed ‘collaborator with Israel’ is dragged through the streets of Gaza, November 2012. Many accuse Hamas of settling personal or political scores, and even ethic cleansing Gaza of it’s dwindling Christian population.[Archive]

Criminal Suit Filed Against Hamas’ Khaled Mashal at the ICC for War Crimes

Israel Law Center charges Hamas’ chief  with war crimes at the Hague court for executing 38 Palestinian civilians without trial for allegedly being Israeli collaborators in Gaza.

The Shurat Hadin Israel Law Center has filed a criminal suit with the International Criminal Court in The Hague against Hamas’ political leader Khaled Mashal for the execution of some 38 Palestinians during the Gaza conflict.

The suit was made possible due to Mashal’s Jordanian citizenship. Jordan is a member of the court.

The organizations chairwoman, lawyer Nitsana Darshan-Leitner explained that “the (ICC) is required to exercise its authority in any case in which a citizens of a member nation has allegedly committed a war crime.” Continue Reading »

The armed wing of Hamas has executed 18 Palestinians Friday for allegedly collaborating with Israel during the Gaza war, Gaza sources said, after a website close to the movement reported three were killed and seven arrested Thursday.

2 men from Gaza executed by Hamas for spying for Israel

 

2 Palestinian men reportedly hanged to death by Hamas after military court convicts them of spying for Israel.

16 hangings in Gaza reported since Hamas took control of the Strip.

Hamas leaders said they have hanged two Palestinians found guilty of spying for Israel for over a decade, making them the first to be executed since the end of a month-long amnesty for informants in April.
