A precedent-setting verdict handed down by Judge Moshe Drori, establishes that the authority is not immune to lawsuits for damages.

IDF Shoots & Kills Gaza Terrorist

IDF Soldiers killed a Gaza terrorist early Monday morning after he broke into a Jewish home & stabbed a girl before escaping.

Soldiers killed a suspected Gaza terrorist early Monday after he broke into a Jewish home and stabbed a girl before fleeing.

The IDF discovered a hole in the nearby Gaza security fence, and footprints from the area matched the shoes of the intruder, who had escaped to the Moshav Sde Avraham’s greenhouses after he tried to kill the girl.

Tunisian Lawyers Set to Sue Israel for Assassinating a Terrorist

2 lawyers from Tunisia plan to sue Israel for the 1988 hit on terrorist Abu Jihad, who was Yasser Arafat’s deputy.

Two lawyers from Tunisia plant to sue Israel for the 1988 assassination in Tunis of terrorist Abu Jihad, who was a deputy to Yasser Arafat, according to Tunisia’s official TAP news agency.

Abu Jihad, whose full name was Khalil Al-Wazir, was shot in the head by a silencer gun hidden in a box of chocolates.

The commando who shot the terrorist was the late Nachum Lev, who was quoted last week in a previously unpublished interview with the Yediot Acharonot newspaper. Continue Reading »

Ahmed Saadat, leader of the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine and the person behind the murder of Minister Rehavam Zeevi, said Sunday that he does not recognize the authority of the Israeli court.

Saadat spoke while entering the Jerusalem Magistrate’s Court for international proceedings in a private lawsuit filed against him by terror victims.

PA Incites Terror by ‘Pension’ Pay Hikes for Jailed Terrorist

The Palestinian Authority has granted jailed terrorists hefty pay hikes for murdering Israelis. The salaries are even higher for Arabs with Israeli citizenship.

The Palestinian Authority has granted jailed terrorists hefty pay hikes for murdering Israelis, with salaries higher for those with Israeli citizenship. Israel’s Channel 2 television reported Monday evening.

The PA, which has been screaming for foreign funds to stay solvent, spends  6 percent of its annual budget to pay $4.5 million a month to jailed terrorists and another $6.5 million to their families.

All terrorists are awarded equally, regardless of whether they “worked” for Fatah, the party headed by PA Chairman Mahmoud Abbas, or the rival Hamas and Islamic Jihad terrorist organizations. Continue Reading »

New South Wales Police seek to apply new technology to ‘cold case’ of Palestinian terror attack on Sydney’s Israeli Consulate

Australian authorities announced Sunday that they will be reopening the investigation into the 1982 bombing of the Israeli Consulate in Sydney.

According to an ABC Australia report, the New South Wales Police seek to apply new technology to the 30-year-old cold case

This it the first time in Australian history that a cold case of this nature has been reopened.

Terrorists Fire Four Grad Missiles at Netivot

Terrorists from Gaza fire a barrage of four Grad missiles at Netivot. Iron Dome intercepts two of them.

Terrorists from Hamas-controlled Gaza fired a barrage of four Grad missiles at the town of Netivot on Tuesday evening.

The Iron Dome system intercepted two of the missiles, and the other two exploded in open areas. There were no physical injuries and no reports of property damage.

Despite an Egyptian-brokered “ceasefire” announced by Hamas last week, terrorists from Gaza have continued firing rockets at southern Israel. On Tuesday morning, a Qassam rocket hit a kibbutz chicken barn, causing damage but no physical injuries. Continue Reading »

Grad rocket lands near Be’er Sheva; IAF strikes targets in northern Gaza

Two rockets fall in towns but cause no casualties, though light damage was done to an industrial structure.

The rocket fire from Gaza continued early morning Wednesday with a Grad rocket landing near Be’er Sheva and more than ten rockets landing in the Eshkol Regional Council. Two of the rockets landed inside towns but caused no casualties, though light damage was caused to an industrial structure.
