Analysis: Two impending ICC rulings that may shape Israel’s image

With the ICC appeals chamber having ordered ICC Chief Prosecutor to ‘reconsider’ giving Israel a pass surrounding the 2010 Mavi Marmara incident, 125 state signatories of the Rome Statute could potentially be obligated to arrest & extradite Israeli politicians, leaders and former soldiers, should they ever arrive in their country.

Around or before December 2, the International Criminal Court Prosecution is expected to make two key decisions which could shape Israel’s future.
