Not long ago, Arutz Sheva reported on the curious case of Malika Mezzane – a Moroccan poet and human rights activist who caused a storm by insisting that “Palestine belongs to the Jews” in a radio interview.

Now, the Middle East Media Research Institute (MEMRI) has translated a fascinating TV interview by Mezzane in which she explains why, in her view, “the Arabs are more ‘Zionist’ than the Jews”, and insists that Arab nationalism has been realized at the expense of all the other nations of the Middle East – including Jews and her own people, the Amazigh (also known as Berbers).

In the video, Mezzane also explains her equally controversial offer of “services” to Kurdish fighters, in an ironic parody of Muslim women who travel to Syria and Iraq allegedly to act as “temporary wives” to battle-weary jihadis, often referred to as “sex jihad.”
