Defense Minister Liberman made it clear his morning that Israel views Assad’s regime as responsible for all events on the Syrian side of the border.

“With regard to everything that is happening on the other side, in Syria, as far as we are concerned, the situation is returning to the previous situation before the civil war, ie. there is a clear address, there is responsibility and there is a central government,” Liberman said.
