Israel’s Defense Minister says IDF prepared for military operation should Syrian government  hand missiles or chemical weapons over to Hezbollah.

Israel is preparing for a possible military intervention in Syria in case the Syrian government hands missiles or chemical weapons to Hezbollah in Lebanon, Defense Minister Ehud Barak said on Friday.

Bulgaria Police on the Lookout for Another Suspect

The Bulgarian police are holding a manhunt for another suspect they believe assisted the terrorist who carried out the terrorist attack in Burgas.

Bulgarian police are conducting a manhunt for another suspect who is believed to have assisted the terrorist who carried out the attack in Burgas which killed five Israelis and a Bulgarian citizen on Wednesday.

According to a report in NRG-Ma’ariv, local security forces suspect that the suspect may be in possession of another bomb.

Hezbollah terrorists stick to the same formula

All of the Hezbollah’s targets have met the same criteria in Georgia, Azerbaijan, Thailand, and most recently, Kenya and Cyprus. All of these countries are easy to enter & exit.

Israel’s official spokespeople were unanimous on Thursday: Hezbollah is responsible for the terror attack in Bulgaria. These resolute words were meant not only to pin responsibility on the terror organization, but to try to dissuade it from future attacks.

What led Israel to this conclusion was its accumulated expertise, experience, circumstantial evidence and a smidgen of intelligence. Israel’s conclusion, based on its experience in recent years relentlessly pursuing terrorists on many continents and in many countries, is that the terrorists employed the same methods that they use almost every time.

The suspected suicide bomber who blew up a bus of Israeli tourists in Bulgaria had a fake Michigan’s driver’s license, ABC reported on Thursday, displaying an image of the license with the name Jacque Felipe Martin.

Bulgaria, U.S. with Israel seeking Security Council condemnation of Burgas terrorist attack

Israel launches diplomatic campaign, in wake of terror attack, demanding Hezbollah & the Quds Force of the Iranian Revolutionary Guard be added to EU’s list of terror orgs.

 

After the terror attack comes the diplomatic campaign. Israel and Bulgaria are working with the U.S. and other countries to draft a condemnation of the Burgas terror attack for the UN Security Council, say sources in the Foreign Ministry. At the same time, Israeli ambassadors worldwide have been instructed to appeal to the heads of state of their respective countries to issue official condemnations of the attack.

A Hezbollah representative has described the allegation that the group was involved in the attack as “laughable,” pointing out that the group “does not wage a war on tourists,” Interfax reports, citing Annashra.

Israeli Defense Minister Ehud Barak said the attack was probably initiated by a group under the auspices of “either Iran or other radical Muslim groups,” and named Hezbollah and Hamas as likely suspects.

Spain is to Withdraw Half of its UNIFIL Troops from Lebanon

Spain is to reduce from its 1,100 troops in Lebanon as part of the United Nations Interim Force in Lebanon (UNIFIL).

Spain will withdraw up to half of its military contingent in Lebanon by the end of the year, Defense Minister Pedro Morenes said Tuesday, justifying the decision partly on budget cuts demanded by the country’s economic crisis.

Report: Hezbollah’s drone crashed in Lebanon

An Unmanned Aerial Vehicle belonging to Hezbollah crashed in northeast Lebanon Saturday, Lebanon’s Christian channel MTV reported. No additional details were immediately available. The channel is not affiliated with Hezbollah.

Lebanon’s National News Agency reported that eye witnesses noticed an unidentified object falling from the sky in the Baalbek town of Younin. The object, which was in flames, led to a fire in the area prompting Civil Defense teams and security agencies to the scene. Continue Reading »

The Suspect detained in Cyprus was planning Attack on Israeli targets for Hezbollah

According to the local media reports, the Lebanese man, who collected information on Israeli tourists in Cyprus, admitted after his arrest, that he was a member of the Hezbollah .
