Israel Police recommend indictment of three Arab Knesset Members

With the investigation against Hanin Zoabi, Jamal Zahalka and Joumah Azbarga completed, the police say there is sufficient evidence collected on the three for multiple ethical & criminal charges, including falsifying documents on a regular basis to hide that they were receiving millions of shekels in illegal donations.

Police submitted on Tuesday its recommendation to indict three Balad MKs—Hanin Zoabi, Jamal Zahalka and Juma Azbarga—for a series of ethical criminal offenses.

The police have completed their investigation into the three parliamentarians, saying sufficient evidence has been collected to charge Zoabi, Zahalka and Azbarga with fraudulently obtaining benefits, falsification, money laundering, fraud and breach of trust, among others offenses.The Continue Reading »

Arab leader seeks to rid ‘Joint List Party’ of rabid anti-Israel parliamentarian

 

Arab Joint List head Ayman Odeh, inquired how he can remove detrimental MK Haneen Zoabi from his non-Jewish party.

Even Joint List head Ayman Odeh has come out against MK Haneen Zoabi (Joint List).

During a conversation with a senior Knesset member, MK Odeh said: “Suggest something. How can I get rid of her? She’s hurting us and I want to get rid of her.”

Channel 2 reports that Odeh blamed the changes made in the last elections for allowing Zoabi to remain in the Knesset.

Survey: 56% of Israeli-Arabs polled feel their elected Knesset Members don’t represent them

 

view videoA survey published by Israel TV channel 2 shows 56% of Israeli-Arabs think condemning Saudi Arabia for blacklisting Hezbollah as a terrorist organization was not justified.

Most Israeli Arabs think that the Joint List Knesset members do not properly represent them, according to a survey published by Channel 2.

According to the survey, which was completed by 350 people from the Arab sector alone, 56% believe that the Arab MKs do not represent them or represent them to a lesser extent.

On the other hand, 40% Israel’s Arab citizenry feel that the Joint List MKs represent them quite or considerably well. Continue Reading »
