With the investigation against Hanin Zoabi, Jamal Zahalka and Joumah Azbarga completed, the police say there is sufficient evidence collected on the three for multiple ethical & criminal charges, including falsifying documents on a regular basis to hide that they were receiving millions of shekels in illegal donations.

Police submitted on Tuesday its recommendation to indict three Balad MKs—Hanin Zoabi, Jamal Zahalka and Juma Azbarga—for a series of ethical criminal offenses.
The police have completed their investigation into the three parliamentarians, saying sufficient evidence has been collected to charge Zoabi, Zahalka and Azbarga with fraudulently obtaining benefits, falsification, money laundering, fraud and breach of trust, among others offenses.The case will now be brought to the State Attorney’s Office for a decision on whether to indict the three. A scuffle broke out between audience members after firebrand Arab Israeli lawmaker Hanin Zoabi (Joint List) said Israel was “becoming a fascist state” during a speech in Birmingham on Tuesday.
Zoabi delivered a controversial speech, comparing Israel to Nazi Germany, which sparked a brawl between hecklers from the audience who accused her of incitement.

Arab MK Zoabi reportedly plans to join in a women-only ‘Freedom Flotilla’ to Gaza in mid-September.

MK Hanin Zoabi (Balad / Joint List) reportedly intends to join a flotilla to Gaza, some six years after she participated in a flotilla aboard the infamous Mavi Marmara, where terrorists prepared an ambush for Israeli commandos.
According to Channel 2 TV News’s website, the Freedom Flotilla will be an all-female endeavor, sailing in mid-September and expected to reach Gaza October 1.

The Ministerial Legislative Committee will hold a hearing on a special initiative from Jewish Home MK Ayelet Shaked Sunday, nicknamed “Zoabi’s Law.”
“Zoabi’s Law,” if passed, will amend existing laws allowing the Knesset’s Central Elections Committee to reject the re-application of current MKs for the next Knesset term if they are found guilty of incitement or supporting known terrorist groups.
