The delegitimization perpetrators and Israel boycotters take advantage of the UN’s image as an advocate of human rights in order to pass anti-Israeli resolutions which attempt to isolate Israel.
It is important to spread the truth that the UN has been transformed into a political arena by undemocratic states who trample on human rights, and UN resolutions must be treated accordingly.

Zahran, the Jordanian-Palestinian dissident, didn’t pull any punches Sunday afternoon, speaking at a conference entitled “Two States for Two People, on Two Sides of the Jordan River.”

Jordanian-Palestinian activist Mudar Zahran is not a man who minces his words. In fact, his outspokenness against the Jordanian regime has made him a persona-non-grata in his own country, forcing him to seek asylum in the UK.
Zahran did not pull any punches Sunday afternoon, speaking at a conference entitled “Two States for Two People, on Two Sides of the Jordan River.” Deriding the Jordanian ruling elite as “Armani-wearing, English-speaking autocrats” he called on all parties to consider a radically different track to the current peace initiatives based off of a “Two State Solution” which would see a Palestinian Authority-run state in Judea and Samaria. Ex-deputy FM Ayalon testifies against his ex-boss Avigdor Lieberman in ‘ambassador affair’ case saying Lieberman pushed Ben Aryeh’s appointment for Latvia ambassadorship

Former Deputy Foreign Minister Danny Ayalon testified on Thursday against former Foreign Minister Avigdor Lieberman, in the latter’s trial on charges of fraud and breach of trust in the “ambassador affair.”

Ayalon is the only witness who claims Lieberman actively promoted former ambassador Zeev Ben Aryeh for the Latvia ambassador post.
In his testimony, Ayalon recalled his meeting with Lieberman before the appointment committee’s meeting which appointed Ben Aryeh: “I was in his office, we discussed political matters and by the end of the talk he told me that Ben Aryeh must be appointed to the Riga post.”
Ayalon and Lieberman’s relationship has cooled significantly after the former was ousted from the Yisrael Beiteinu party list. Continue Reading »

Former foreign minister Avigdor Lieberman accused his former deputy, Danny Ayalon, of a lack of integrity, in a Saturday television interview. Ayalon said earlier in the day that the Foreign Ministry under Lieberman “speaks loudly and carries a mini carrot.”

Former deputy foreign minister Danny Ayalon said Saturday that he does not know why former Foreign Minister Avigdor Lieberman dismissed him from his position in the Foreign Ministry.
When asked why Lieberman does not like him, Ayalon replied: “I don’t know. I was collegial toward Lieberman. He did not explain to me why he fired me but he should at least have given explanations to the party and to supporters.
