The Knesset plenum held a debate on the bill proposed by MK Ahmed Tibi (Joint Arab List) to hold an official memorial day in Israel for the Nakba (translated: ‘Catastrophe’), when the Arab nations failed in their attempt to destroy the nascent Jewish State in 1948.

By Arutz Sheva Staff
Senior officials in Israel intend to fly doctors from a foreign country to forcibly feed security prisoners who are currently engaged in a hunger strike and who, it is feared, could require hospitalization.
Channel 2 reported that the officials decided to “import” the foreign doctors in light of the refusal of the Israeli Medical Association to forcibly feed the hunger strikers. 850 prisoners are currently engaged in the hunger strike. Continue Reading »

TheCanadian delegation was shocked by the uncivilized behavior of loud-mouthed Israeli Arab member of Knesset, and worst of all, a blatant liar.

Canadian Prime Minister Stephen Harper’s visit is the gift that just keeps on giving.
Aside from his public and unwavering stance in support of Israel, and his refusal to be tricked into unfairly singling out the Jewish state for criticism, Harper’s visit has provided the backdrop for one or two amusing political episodes, as well.
Arab Knesset Member Ahmed Tibi, hater of all things “Zionist,”, expresses a ‘right’ not available to Palestinians in a dozen Muslim countries.
Netanyahu: “I haven’t found any Arabs who wish to leave the State. Quite the opposite; Arabs have been very upset at a proposal by Foreign Minister Avigdor Liberman that would redraw Israel’s boundaries and include many Israeli Arabs in a Palestinian state.”
