Israel Security Services reveals identity of 2 suspected kidnappers

Israel’s intelligence agency says 2 Hamas members, Marwan Quasma, 29, & Amar Abu Eisha, 32, from Hebron are the kidnappers.

Shin Bet says both men became wanted as soon as security forces learned of the kidnapping.

 

The Shin Bet (Israel Security Agency) revealed on Thursday the identity of two of the main terrorists involved in the kidnapping of three Israeli youths this month.

wanted The intelligence agency named Marwan Quasma and Amar Abu Eisha both Hamas men from Hebron, as the two principal suspects behind the kidnapping, adding that both men became wanted as soon as security forces learned of the kidnapping.

The tensions between the Palestinian Authority (PA) and Hamas, despite the newly founded unity government on Monday, were displayed on Thursday as PA security services arrested Hamas members in Hevron located in Judea.

Members of the Gaza-based Hamas terror organization tried to organize a large event in Hevron for “Naksa Day,” the annual demonstrations against the 1967 Six Day War liberation of Jerusalem, Judea, Samaria and the Golan Heights by Israel. Continue Reading »

Female pro-Palestinian Activist Deported to Canada After Biting Policewoman

Canadian Sara Ali, 26, was deported Friday after she was detained for assaulting a policewoman in Hevron.

A Canadian citizen of Pakistani descent was deported to Canada from Israel Friday, after she was involved in an attack on a policewoman in Hevron two days earlier, reports Shalom Toronto.

Bethlehem-based news site Ma’an reported that Ali was a volunteer in a group called “Youth against the Settlements,” which operates in the Palestinian Authority (PA).

Taysir Abu Sneina, a terrorist who was involved in the murder of six Jews in Hevron on May 2, 1980, is the man whom the Palestinian Authority has appointed to manage the Muslim side of the Cave of Machpela (known in English as the Cave of the Patriarchs).

Hamas Terrorist Near Hevron Killed by IDF Troops

IDF soldiers shoot & kill PA Arab terrorist during clash with Arabs near Hevron.

A Palestinian Authority Arab terrorist was shot and killed by IDF soldiers, during a clash that broke out on Tuesday evening between soldiers and Arabs in Al-Fawwar, near Hevron.

Two other Arabs were wounded in the incident. The Palestinian Red Cross evacuated them to hospital and their condition is not clear.

An initial investigation of the incident, conducted by the IDF’s Judea Brigade, found that it began when Arabs started throwing firebombs and rocks at Israeli cars traveling on Highway 60, the main road in the area. Continue Reading »

Israel’s Anti-Terror Campaign Nets Private Weapons Caché

The latest IDF anti-terror arrest in the Hevron region unveiled a sizable weapons & munitions storehouse in someone’s home.

The IDF has been stepping up its fight against Hamas in Judea and Samaria (Shomron) in wake of the recent open battle with Hamas in Gaza. Earlier this week troops went to arrest a terror suspect in Hevron and ended up finding a weapons warehouse in a private home.

First Lieutenant Erez Korach told Arutz Sheva about the mission. “We got an order about a house where a suspect was hiding… We got to the house, closed him in, and burst in.” Continue Reading »
