REPORT: Two Palestinians neutralized by IDF near Joseph’s Tomb

Two Palestinian Arabs in their 20s were killed by IDF gunfire in Nablus after throwing explosive devices at IDF soldiers securing worshipers at Joseph’s Tomb, reported IDF Spokesperson’s Unit.

Terrorists threw explosive devices at IDF forces who were securing the entry of worshipers to Joseph’s Tomb in Shechem (Nablus) overnight Tuesday, the IDF Spokesperson’s Unit said.

American Appeals Court refuse terror suit against Palestinian Authority

 

The U.S Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit ruled that the American families of victims at Joseph’s Tomb attack, won’t be allowed to sue Palestinian Authority for compensation.

A federal appeals court in the United States ruled on Friday that the families of Jewish worshippers who were killed or wounded during a 2011 attack in Joseph’s Tomb will not be allowed to sue the Palestinian Authority (PA) for damages in U.S. courts.

The decision upheld a lower court ruling to dismiss the case, according to The Associated Press.

The attack, which was carried out by a PA security guard, killed Israeli citizen Ben-Yosef Livnat, nephew of former Likud Minister Limor Livnat. Continue Reading »

IDF called to extricate unescorted Jews from stone-throwing Arabs at Joseph’s Tomb

 

An IDF extraction force was rushed to Joseph’s Tomb, that’s located within the Palestinian Authority, to extricate a group of religious Jews who were violently attacked by stone-throwing Arabs after an Israeli bus entered the restricted area without the proper permit or IDF coordination.

An IDF force was rushed to Joseph’s Tomb in Shechem (aka Nablus) yesterday, after an Israeli bus that entered the area of the Tomb without advance coordination was violently attacked by rioting Arabs.

The Arabs threw rocks at the bus, containing 60 Jews of the Breslov hassidic sect, as IDF forces quickly evacuated passengers from the scene. Continue Reading »

IDF nabs 3 Palestinian Policemen involved in Joseph’s Tomb killing

Palestinian source report  IDF arrested 3 members of Palestinian security forces, suspected of killing Limor Livnat’s nephew.

The 3 were sentenced by PA court to one year and recently released.

Palestinian sources reported that on Tuesday night, IDF forces arrested three members of the Palestinian security forces in the vicinity of Nablus. The three men were involved in a 2011 shooting incident in which Ben-Yosef Livnat, nephew of Culture and Sports Minister Limor Livnat, was killed.
