Israeli Produced Food Aiding More Syrians to the Ire of Many

 

Not all Syrians are happy with the aid from the ‘Zionist Entity’ that’s been more evident of late, especially the food that’s been reaching families of Syrian rebels fighting in the southern Qunietra region on Israel’s Golan Heights border.

Israeli produced food is showing up on the frontlines in Syria, and has been causing a firestorm in Arabic media and social media.

The food has been showing up in Qunietra province which is on the border with the Israeli Golan Heights, specifically in areas controlled by rebel groups. While many of the rebel groups seem to be happy with this aid, there are others who are not too pleased with it, saying “it is a disgrace to be receiving food from the Zionist Entity which has stolen the Golan.” Continue Reading »

“The current military situation in the Quneitra area has resulted in the Syrian regime forces being cut off under blows from the opposition, and we are turning toward an active system of defense and attack instead of hunkering down,” Ayas Ghalib, director of the political bureau of the Revolutionary Command Council in Quneitra and Golan, told The Jerusalem Post in an email interview.

REPORT: al-Qaida’s Nusra Front unites 8 Syrian Islamist groups near Israel’s border

Israeli expert estimates that al-Qaida’s Nusra Front is afraid of taking the predominantly Druse village of Hader near Israel’s border, because it fears an IDF response from the Jewish state.

 

Eight Islamist groups active near Israel’s border in southern Syria have united into one bloc as the country’s Druse come under increasing pressure.

According to a report on the website Alsouria.net over the weekend, eight Islamist factions announced the formation of Jaish al-Fatah, or the Army of Conquest, in southern Syria in order to face the Syrian regime. Continue Reading »

24 hrs later: Still no word from Hassan Nasrallah

With no word from Hezbollah, and no other sources to confirm the report on a Lebanese website that Hezbollah’s leader was injured in a blast that killed 22 of his men, the Free Syrian Army reports to have injured the Shiite terrorist group’s leader.

Syrian rebel forces claim that they have succeeded in injuring Hezbollah leader Hassan Nasrallah, a Lebanese website reported this morning, citing a Facebook message. No other source has confirmed the report.

The Lebanese report was cited by JerusalemOnLine, which did not name the website that carried the news.

According to the report, a commander of the Free Syrian Army announced that members of Jabhat Al-Nusra, an Islamist Sunni rebel group linked to Al Qaeda, succeeded in the early morning hours in blowing up the headquarters where Nasrallah lives in Bint Jbeil, Lebanon. Continue Reading »

After Surgery in Israeli Hospital, Wounded Syrian Teen Miraculously Walks

15 yr-old Syrian girl get up to walk after she underwent emergency surgery at Ziv Hospital in Safed for shrapnel wounds to her left leg & abdomen.

A 15-year-old Syrian girl with an amputated right leg and serious shrapnel wounds to her left leg and abdomen, who was treated at an Israeli hospital, shocked medical staff when she managed to walk only a day after undergoing major surgery. The teenager was wounded during clashes in the Syrian civil war and was transferred to Ziv Hospital in Safed for treatment.

Israel’s forces are on high alert in the Golan Heights as Rebel forces enter DMZ & begin to take pot-shots into Israel.

IDF forces are on high alert in the Golan Heights, carefully scrutinizing the border with Syria, as opposition forces begin to consider a new target: Israel.

Syrian rebels have penetrated the demilitarized zone (DMZ) separating Syria from Israel. The status of the area respected by both Israel and Syria since the end of the Yom Kippur War, though both are technically still at war, is apparently respected no longer.
