Ministers to decide on Palestinian prisoner release list

 

Palestinians officials outraged at planned announcement of new Israeli settlement constructions plans, alongside the release of jailed Palestinian terrorists.

The ministerial committee tasked with selecting the list of Palestinian security prisoners to be released is scheduled to meet on Saturday night to decide on those to be freed late Monday night, in the third out of four such releases.

Abbas rejects EU demand to stop funding terrorists with EU money


Since the EU public statements are purposely misleading that they don’t mention paying Palestinian terrorists their salaries & pensions (11 million euros to pay the November salaries), Abbas’ Palestinian Authority ignores the EU’s discrete requests to no longer fund Arab terrorists.

Abbas Rejects Terrorists Release Delay, Warns ‘Total Failure’ of Peace Process

In November a senior PLO official revealed that the only reason the PA is participating in peace talks was to free all 104 terrorists.

In response to reports that US Secretary of State John Kerry will delay the third batch of terrorist releases by a month, a spokesperson of Palestinian Authority (PA) Chairman Mahmoud Abbas declared Monday that the PA will not agree to the delay, reports Kol Yisrael government radio.

After evaluation of State released info in response to petition to return academic courses for jailed terrorists, MK Regev says: ‘terrorists should rot in jail.’

In response to a petition to reinstate academic courses for jailed terrorists in Israeli prisons, the state released a document noting the most popular course among jailed terrorists in 2011 was “Genocide.”

Arab Bank: Can’t Deposit,Withdraw ‘Bonus’ Given to Released Murderers, it’s ‘Terror Money’

A released terrorist claims that the Arab Bank in Ramallah refused to transfer the monthly salary he receives from the Ministry of Prisoners into his private account, calling the salary “terror money.”

Each of the 26 terrorists released in the second batch of “gestures” to the Palestinian Authority (PA) received a $50,000 grant. In addition, those imprisoned over 25 years received senior governmental posts with a 14,000 shekels ($4,000) monthly salary, and those imprisoned under 25 years are to receive a monthly 10,000 shekels ($2,800) stipend. PA President Abbas pays released terrorists $10,000-$50,000 when freed

 

In addition to exuberant monthly salaries paid by Abbas’ PA to all Palestinian prisoners serving time in Israel jails, they also receive massive prison ‘severance package’ that can easily reach up to $60,000. In one case, Abbas even ok’s to picked up bill for prisoner’s wedding.

The Palestinians Authority is mostly financed by the US & Europe.

About 2,000 family members and friends were waiting when 21 of the 26 prisoners released Tuesday night arrived at the Mukataa Palestinian Authority government compound in Ramallah. Israel frees an aditional 26 Palestinian prisoners as part of peace talks

Those freed by Israel ‘in the name of peace’ were all convicted of murder before or just after the Oslo Accords were signed 20 years ago.

Naftali Bennett’s party, Habayit Hayehudi, announces it will propose bill forbidding political prisoners’ release to vote on Sunday, shortly before 2nd group of murderous Palestinian prisoners to be freed.

Habayit Hayehudi announced Thursday that on Sunday the party intends to raise to vote a bill prohibiting the release of terrorists, shortly before the scheduled second release of terrorists, as agreed under the renewed talks.

“Releasing terrorists in return to Tzipi Livni‘s right to meet with (Saeb) Erekat is very severe,” a Habayit Hayehudi official said about the peace talks, which are at an impasse.
