Following shots fired at Israeli troops, IDF tank destroys Hamas post

The IDF Spokesperson’s Unit said no Israeli soldiers were injured after being targeted by sniper gunfire, and no immediate reports of casualties following the tank’s response on the Hamas ruled enclave.

The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) said Tuesday that one of its tanks attacked a Hamas observation post in the northern Gaza Strip after Israeli soldiers were targeted by gunfire near the volatile security fence.

The IDF said that no Israeli soldiers were injured in the shooting incident, and there were no immediate reports of casualties following the artillery strike in the Palestinian enclave.

Palestinian terrorist neutralized, arrested in Jerusalem, another killed in Gaza

UPDATE: A Palestinian terrorist who was neutralized & arrested during his unsuccessful attempt to stab an Israeli police officer in the Old City, has succumb to his injuries and died, while in Gaza, 2 Arabs were reported to have been killed during Hamas’ orchestrated Friday clashes with the IDF.

An Arab terrorist tried to stab a policeman on Sha’ar Hagay Street near the Shechem Gate in Jerusalem’s Old City Friday.

The terrorist was neutralized and arrested by police forces on the spot.

A Magen David Adom team treated two women for emotional trauma.

3 terrorists killed after Hamas sniper shoots IDF soldier under cover of children

3 terrorists in Gaza were killed and another said to be in critical condition by an IDF retaliatory attack on Hamas positions after a Palestinian sniper critically injured an IDF soldier under the cover of 20 children that were sent towards Israel’s border fence as a decoy.

Children Safe After Palestinian Terrorist Shoots At Children’s Playground

 

According to Israel Police, the Palestinian terrorist’s sniper fire apparently came from the direction of Jalazoun, an Arab village adjacent to the Jewish town, Beit El’s public playground.

Suspected Palestinian snipers on Saturday opened fire at a children’s playground in the Jewish West Bank settlement of Beit El, local media reported. No one was hurt in the incident.

Police said the fire apparently came from the direction of Jalazoun, a Palestinian refugee camp adjacent to Beit El.

Civilian worker shot by Palestinian sniper from inside Gaza

Civilian IDF contractor, fixing Gaza-Israel border’s security fence was shot by a Gaza sniper.

He was evacuated to Be’er Sheva’s Soroka Hospital.

A civilian worker for the IDF was shot by sniper fire near Gaza, where he was working between Nachal Oz and Kfar Aza. The worker was evacuated to Be’er Sheva’s Soroka Hospital.

The worker was fixing the security fence that was revealed to have holes and damage in it, caused by the recent snow and rainstorm. Soldiers have reported that repairs have been slow or non-existent, creating a security threat.
