Jihadists torture, stone to death 60 yr-old Christian woman in Syria

Christian human rights group reported that last week 60 yr-old Suzan Der Kirkour, one of the last 18 women still in the Christian village of al-Yaqoubiyeh, was found dead from an apparent stoning after being raped for 9 hours by members of the Islamic terror organization Jabhat al-Nusra.

Islamic terrorists from the Jihadist organization Jabhat al-Nusra stoned to death an Armenian Christian woman living in the Syrian province of Idlib.

Christian and human rights groups reported over the last week that the 60-year-old Suzan Der Kirkour was found dead outside of her village, al-Yaqoubiyeh.

The testimonies of 52 Palestinian Arabs who suffered brutal abuse at the hands of the Palestinian Authority were presented on Monday to the International Criminal Court in The Hague.

Jerusalem District Court: Palestinian Authority to compensate torture victims

In a precedent legal decision, the Jerusalem District Court orders Abbas’ PA is to compensate 52 Arab torture victims, including a man with a Jewish mother who was tortured to death.

The District Court in Jerusalem issued a precedent setting decision, finding that the Palestinian Authority (PA) tortured, imprisoned, and murdered dozens of Arabs suspected of collaborating with Israel. As part of its decision, the court ordered the PA to compensate the victims.

Attorneys Barak Kedem, Arye Arbus, and Nati Rom, who represented the plaintiffs, demanded that an indictment be filed against the PA for the human rights violations. Continue Reading »

Human rights groups refuse to assist Arab victims of Palestinian Authority torture

Palestinian Human Rights NGOs refused medical assistance to Arabs suing the Palestinian Authority, after having suffered from physical, psychiatric, and/or urological disabilities that stem from torture during their unlawful detention.

UN Committee Against Torture sites Israel with ‘excessive force’ 

 

The Committee Against Torture has no investigative or fact-finding powers, only relies on information from the media, advocacy groups, the UN, and other sources in drawing conclusions to condemn & delegitimatize Israel.

A U.N. panel against torture on Friday expressed concerns about allegations of “excessive use of force,” including deadly force, by Israeli security forces in the Palestinian Territories, and warned about authorities barring access to detained suspects, including minors.

Palestinian man lost ability to talk after being tortured by Abbas’ PA

A Palestinian man who was detained by the Palestinian Authority security forces in Hebron has lost the ability to speak as a result of severe torture, according to a report released by the Independent Commission for Human Rights.

Mohamed Abdel Karim Dar of Hebron was hospitalized after being tortured while in detention, the report, which documented 28 cases of torture in PA prisons in the West Bank last month, said.
