Jihadists torture, stone to death 60 yr-old Christian woman in Syria

Christian human rights group reported that last week 60 yr-old Suzan Der Kirkour, one of the last 18 women still in the Christian village of al-Yaqoubiyeh, was found dead from an apparent stoning after being raped for 9 hours by members of the Islamic terror organization Jabhat al-Nusra.

Islamic terrorists from the Jihadist organization Jabhat al-Nusra stoned to death an Armenian Christian woman living in the Syrian province of Idlib.

Christian and human rights groups reported over the last week that the 60-year-old Suzan Der Kirkour was found dead outside of her village, al-Yaqoubiyeh.

Visiting Christian Millennials Realize Media Deceived Them About Israel

A party of eleven young millennials visiting from seven Western countries were flabbergasted when an Arab Christian told them, “There is no [Israeli] occupation,” adding, “Where is the occupation? We are completely under the Palestinian Authority.”

An international group of millennials have seen the Israeli-Palestinian conflict in a new light after engaging with both sides – and being shocked by what they discovered.

A party of eleven young people from seven nations were brought together for the chance to understand issues from the point of view of those living there. REPORT: The community center in the Christian-Arab town of Beit Jala near Jerusalem has come under attack by BDS activists for ‘holding joint yoga sessions between Arabs and Israelis.’

0404 reported that a community center in the Christian-Arab town of Beit Jala near Jerusalem became an object of rage for BDS activists, who claimed that the center had held joint sports activities for Israelis and Arabs.

Young Arabs throughout the Mideast have begun posting their love for Israel, and a Christian from Nazareth says that’s also true in Israel.

Pope Francis has warned that Christians in Iraq and Syria face persecution just as Jews have in the past, a prominent American Jewish leader said Thursday.

“You have suffered, now it’s our turn,” World Jewish Congress president Ronald Lauder said the pope told him in a private audience.

Israeli Arabs Doing National Service are Still Breaking Records

 

Record breaking number of Arabs & other non-Jews are joining the IDF or doing other forms of national service, as they seek integration into Israeli society.

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu last week met with a number of these non-Jewish volunteers. He heard about how they are playing active roles in the police, fire stations, emergency medical services, schools, kindergartens and more. Netanyahu spoke with the volunteers about the challenges they face, and was told of the volunteers’ desire to fully integrate into Israeli society.

The director of the National Service Authority, Sar-Shalom Jerbi, informed the prime minister that the majority of the volunteers perform their service within Arab communities.

Thirty members of Israel’s first pre-military course specially tailored for Christian Arab citizens entering the Israel Defense Forces celebrated their graduation in a formal ceremony in Haifa this week. The group includes four women.

Deputy Minister Ofir Akunis with members of the IDF’s first preparatory course for Christian Arabs.

Current law does not require most Israeli Arabs to serve in the military.

Knesset approved law distinguishing between Christian Arabs & Muslim Arabs

 

Critics bash new law as attempt to ‘divide & conquer’ Israel’s Arab population.

 

 

The Knesset on Monday approved a controversial law, whose ultimate aim, according to its sponsor, is to distinguish between Muslim and Christian Arab citizens and to heighten involvement of Christians in Israeli society.

Critics slammed the law, sponsored by MK Yariv Levin (Likud), for constituting an attempt to “divide and conquer” the country’s Arab population – an allegation Levin seemed to confirm in a recent newspaper interview.

The law demands what initially seems to be a minor change in the makeup of the public advisory council which is appointed under the 1988 Equal Employment Opportunities Law.
