Report: Jewish graves destroyed in Syria by Al-Qaida-linked terrorists

According to Fars news agency & other Iranian media outlets, Al-Nursa Front has reportedly demolished ancient Jewish mausoleums in Syria’s city of Aleppo.

Al-Qaida-linked terrorists have allegedly demolished several ancient Jewish mausoleums in the northern Syrian city of Aleppo, Iranian media reported Tuesday.

The graves were located in the historical town of Tadif, according to the semi-official Iranian Fars news agency and other Iranian news outlets.

The terrorists reportedly belong to the al-Qaida-backed al-Nusra Front.

Turkish FM says ‘Israel must do more to normalize ties’

Turkish Foreign Minister Ahmet Davutoglu said speaking about Israel to a news conference at the UNGA: ‘some progress’ has been made but, they have yet to fulfill all 3 conditions.

There has been “some progress” in improving Turkish-Israeli relations but Israel has not yet fulfilled all conditions for normalizing ties, Turkish Foreign Minister Ahmet Davutoglu said at a news conference on the sidelines of the UN General Assembly Wednesday.

Iranian President: Holocaust a ‘Reprehensible’ Crime Against Jews

The new Iranian president Rouhani, admits the Holocaust took place, tells CNN it was a “reprehensible and condemnable” crime against the Jewish people.

Iran’s new president admitted on Tuesday that the Holocaust took place, in a sharp contrast to his predecessor.

Speaking to CNN’s Christiane Amanpour, Iranian President Hassan Rouhani said that the Nazis committed a “reprehensible” crime against the Jewish people.

The remark came in response to Amanpour’s question if he accepted that the Holocaust occurred.

Israel’s PM: Iranian President Trying to Buy Time

Israel’s Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu declares, Iranian President’s speech at the UN was “cynical & full of hypocrisy,”

Iranian President Hassan Rouhani’s speech at the United Nations General Assembly was “cynical and full of hypocrisy,” Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu said Tuesday night.

In a statement he released shortly after Rouhani’s speech, Netanyahu said that the speech reflects the Iranian plan, namely to “talk and buy time in order to promote the ability of Iran to acquire nuclear weapons.”

“Rouhani spoke about human rights while Iranian forces are taking part in the massacre of innocent civilians in Syria, he condemned terrorism while the Iranian regime carries out terrorism in dozens of countries around the world,” said Netanyahu, who added that although Rouhani said that nuclear weapons “contradict Iranian morality” a report by the UN’s atomic agency indicates otherwise. Bahrain’s foreign minister slammed Hezbollah leader Hassan Nasrallah on Tuesday for criticizing the Sunni-led Gulf kingdom’s treatment of its opposition Shi’ite population, AFP reported.

“The people of Bahrain are above being addressed by a criminal whose hands are stained by the blood of innocents in Syria, Lebanon and Iraq,” Khalid al-Khalifa wrote on his Twitter account.

Lebanon’s government has announced that it will send the national army to secure Hezbollah-dominated suburbs in the south of the country, including the terrorist movement’s stronghold in the Dahiyeh neighborhood of Beirut.

The decision to send soldiers into Lebanese cities comes in the wake of multiple recent bombing attacks. The attacks have left more than 70 people dead and over 1,000 wounded.

Egypt to Hamas: PA forces in place is key to reopening Rafah crossing

Cairo says without Abbas’ PA forces, Rafah border crossing will remain closed.

Hamas officials furious, calling the decision a “conspiracy”.

Egypt won’t reopen the Rafah border crossing unless forces loyal to Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas are allowed to return to the terminal, the PLO ambassador in Cairo, Barakat al-Farra, announced on Saturday.

Hamas said the announcement proved that the Gaza Strip was facing a “conspiracy.”

Abbas’s presidential guard was in control of the border crossing between 2005 and 2007, when Hamas expelled the PA from the Gaza Strip.

Six Syrian outposts have been destroyed over the past few months by Tamuz missiles fired by IDF Artillery Corps soldiers. Ynet is revealing for the first time images from an incident in March during which one such missile destroyed a Syrian position after machine gun fire emanating from the outpost targeted Israeli soldiers.
