U.S. Dept of State blacklists Nasrallah’s son as “Global Terrorist”

The U.S. Dept of State has designated Hezbollah leader’s son, Jawad Nasrallah and the Al-Mujahidin Brigades as “Specially Designated Global Terrorists” which imposes sanctions on foreign persons who have committed acts of terrorism that threaten the security of U.S.

The US State Department on Tuesday designated Jawad Nasrallah, son of Hezbollah leader Hassan Nasrallah, a terrorist and accused him of carrying out attacks against Israel, Reuters reported.

The State Department also blacklisted Al-Mujahidin Brigades (AMB), which it said had links to Hezbollah and had plotted a number of attacks against Israeli targets from a base in Palestinian Authority-assigned areas of Judea and Samaria. Continue Reading »

UK to join US, Canada, the Netherlands, Arab League outlawing Hezbollah

London paper cites UK plans to update 2008 decision to blacklist Hezbollah’s military wing by outlawing Lebanon’s entire shiite terror group by end of 2018.

The United Kingdom Home Secretary Sajid Javid plans to outlaw all of the Lebanese terrorist organization Hezbollah in Britain later in 2018, according to a report in the London-based Jewish Chronicle on Tuesday.

According to the The Jewish Chronicle article, Javid pleded to take “decisive action” against against the Iranian-regime sponsored Hezbollah organization. The paper cited a senior Conservative Party source for the full-blown proscription of the Lebanese Shi’ite entity. Continue Reading »

Finally: Trump’s Administration Puts Hamas Leader on Terrorist Blacklist

The U.S. State Department announced the inclusion of Hamas’ political bureau chief, Ismail Haniyeh on its international terrorist blacklist.
– Secretary of State Tillerson: Since billionaire Haniyeh threatens the stability of the Middle East, he will be levied with sanctions, including having his assets frozen.

The United States on Wednesday put the head of the Hamas terrorist organization Ismail Haniyeh on its terror blacklist and slapped him with sanctions.

Responding to the decision, Hamas said it was “a failed attempt to pressure the resistance. This decision will not deter us from continuing the resistance option to expel the occupation.”

“Ismail Haniyeh is the leader and President of the Political Bureau of Hamas, which was designated in 1997 as a Foreign Terrorist Organization,” said the State Department’s announcement on the matter. Continue Reading »

Lebanon follows its Gal Gadot film ban by blacklisting Steven Spielberg

The Lebanese Daily Star reported Monday that Lebanon’s economy minister recommended the film, ‘The Post’ for blacklist because of its director Steven Spielberg, who has been blacklisted since his 1994 film ‘Schindler’s List.’

The Lebanese government is missing out on some quality cinema because of its efforts to boycott the State of Israel.

According to reports on Sunday and Monday, famed director Spielberg’s latest film, The Post, would be banned from screening in Lebanon.

Palestinians now exploit UNICEF in its political battles against Israel and the IDF

The nonprofit watchdog group NGO Monitor just revealed that “UNICEF Palestine” has joined other UN NGOs, such as UNESCO, UNRWA in its political war on Israel, by targeting the IDF to be added to a U.N. blacklist of organizations that violate children’s rights, e.g. Islamic State (ISIS), al-Qaida, Boko Haram and the Taliban.

UNHRC to become BDS’ greatest champion

UNHRC sends threatening letter to companies that service West Bank Jewish towns

The UN Human Rights Council has been caught blackmailing Bezeq, an Israeli telecommunications company, for servicing the entire Jewish State in the letter included below.

The United Nations Human Rights Council has been pressuring Israeli telecommunications giant Bezeq to cut off its services to settlements, saying that the company is promoting the illegal communities and their expansion, the Washington Free Beacon reported.

Bezeq currently provides the same services to Israeli cities and towns within the Green Line and to the settlements beyond it. UN Commissioner for Human Rights sends 150 letters: ‘Stop, or be Blacklisted’

UN Human Rights chief sent 150 letters threatening firms reportedly including Caterpillar, Airbnb, Tripadvisor and others  to immediately end doing business in Jewish settlements, or they will find themselves on an official UN blacklist of companies that are in violation of “internal law and UN decisions.”

The United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights has sent letters to 150 global and Israeli firms warning they will be added to a UN blacklist if they do not cease doing business in Jewish settlements in the West Bank, Haaretz newspaper reported on Wednesday, citing unnamed Israeli and Western officials.

European Court of Justice considers removing Hamas from terrorist organization blacklist

 

UNBELIEVABLE: The European Court of Justice’s advocate-general recommends that the court uphold the lower court’s ruling, and remove Hamas from being listed as a terror group.

The European Court of Justice is due to decide on Wednesday whether to keep Hamas listed as a terror organization.

The listing is important because it keeps various Hamas funds frozen, limits Hamas from openly doing business in the EU and limits the mobility of Hamas-affiliated persons.

UN Watchdog: UNHRC’s attacks on Israel prove corrupt, entrenched political bias

Jerusalem-based watchdog group NGO Monitor is accusing the U.N. Human Rights Council of deception and bias for its decision to compile a “blacklist” of companies from or with ties to Israel that operate beyond the Green Line, with the aim of declaring them illegal.

Israel’s Defense Minister blacklists Palestinian National Fund as terrorist organization

 

The Palestinian National Fund, established in 1964 by the PLO, manages the terrorist organization’s funds in its campaign to destroy the State of Israel and is used by PA to pay monthly stipends to murdering terrorists in Israeli prisons.

US Treasury, St Dept. impose sanctions on Hezbollah commanders, financiers

 

Hezbollah gets hit twice; the US State Department adds Hezbollah operatives to its global terrorist list and the US Treasury sanctions Hezbollah individuals in a joint action with Saudi Arabia, aimed at “disrupting Hezbollah’s worldwide commercial & financial infrastructure.”

The US government on Thursday sanctioned a Hezbollah commander and a number of other operatives and financiers linked to the militant group who it said were working to destabilize the Middle East.

The US State Department, headed by Secretary John Kerry, added Hezbollah commander Haytham Ali Tabatabai to its Specially Designated Global Terrorist list, which “imposes sanctions on foreign persons determined to have committed, or pose a serious risk of committing acts of terrorism.”

Tabatabai has commanded Hezbollah special forces, operated in Syria and is now believed to be in Yemen, the State Department said. Continue Reading »

EU considering dropping Hamas from bloc’s terror blacklist

 

The European Court of Justice advocate-general suggests that, “The council cannot rely on facts and evidence found in press articles and information from the internet,” in keeping Hamas on the sanctions list.

The European Union appears on its way to declaring that Hamas is not a terrorist organization.

An advocate-general at the European Court of Justice, whose advice is usually followed by judges, recommended on Thursday that they reject an appeal by the Council of Europe against the lower EU court’s decisions in late 2014 to remove both Hamas and the Tamil Tigers of Sri Lanka from the sanctions list due to flawed procedures. US blacklists senior Hamas official

 

The US State Department adds Fathi Hammad, a former Hamas interior minister, to its “global terrorist” blacklist.

The United States on Friday added senior Hamas member Fathi Hammad to its “global terrorist” list, AFP reports.

Hammad in the past served as Hamas’s interior minister.

Hamas, the terrorist group which controls Gaza, has already itself been proscribed by the United States as a “foreign terrorist organization.”

Under the new designation, U.S. citizens and companies will be banned from doing business with Hammad and any property he holds in areas under U.S. jurisdiction will be frozen.

According to the State Department, which issued the designation, as interior minister Hammad used his position to “coordinate terrorist cells.”

The statement also said Hammad founded Al-Aqsa TV, “with programs designed to recruit children to become Hamas armed fighters and suicide bombers upon reaching adulthood.”

Hammad has in the past vowed to annihilate the “brothers of apes and pigs”, meaning the Jews. Continue Reading »

Berlin gov’t: Display of Hezbollah flag is incitement to genocide

The Berlin State Senate has agreed to ban Hezbollah flags, with their image of an upraised assault weapon, from an anti-Israel Al Quds march, likening the symbol to a call for genocide.

The announcement came following a request by the American Jewish Committee in Berlin. The march is scheduled for Saturday.
