45 Countries Suffer Worse Poverty Than Gaza

At least 45 countries/territories have a higher rate of poverty than Gaza.  Once again, we’re disproving the Palestinian’s applications of Taqiyya and Goebbels-like propaganda.

The total number of countries/territories ranked is 157, so Gaza has a lower poverty rate percentage-wise than 30% of all countries & territories worldwide.

Jerusalem’s Hebrew U. may have found cure for malaria

The Israelis are proposing a new medical treatment that would interfere with mosquito’s bite, strip the parasite of its ability to fool the immune system, which could then fully defeat the infection.

Researchers at Jerusalem’s Hebrew University have successfully identified a unique biological deception used by the parasite that causes malaria and believe they can use this new-found knowledge to defeat the disease.

Over a million people around the world die from malaria each year.

IDC student from South Sudan deported back to Juba, 2nd time

After his 1st deportation, William Akon tries to return to Israel via Addis Ababa on a student visa, only to be sent back to S. Sudan… again.

A South Sudanese man who was enrolled as a student at the Interdisciplinary Center Herzliya before he was deported to Juba earlier this year returned last week on a student visa, and was deported from Ben-Gurion Airport back to South Sudan, The Jerusalem Post has learned.

The past week has seen two incidents involving soldiers and Palestinians causing the IDF much embarrassment. An initial investigation of an incident in the West Bank last Friday in which IDF soldiers were forced to flee a mob of stone-throwing Palestinians suggests that the troops did not act in a professional manner.

Michael Oren: Chemical Weapons in Rebels Hands Would be ‘Game Changer’

Israeli ambassador to US says that evidence of chemical weapons being passed to terrorist would be a “red line for Israel”.

Israeli ambassador to the United States Michael Oren warned Sunday that any evidence of chemical weapons being passed from the Assad regime to terrorist groups like Hizbullah would be a “red line for Israel” and could constitute military action.

While Oren could not confirm recent claims that the Syrian regime is mixing and moving components for the deadly sarin nerve gas, he said that Israel is watching the situation “very carefully.”

“Were those weapons to pass into the wrong hands — Huzbullah’s hands, for example — that would be a game-changer for us,” Oren told “Fox News Sunday.”  Continue Reading »

Friends of IDF event raised over $14 million in spite of no Wonder

Actor Jason Alexander emceed the event in Los Angeles to aid Israeli soldiers, with music from”American Idol” winner Ruben Studdard and 10-time Grammy winner Chaka Khan.

The Friends of the Israel Defense Forces fundraiser that singer Stevie Wonder pulled out of raised more than $14 million.

More than 1,400 people attended the event in Los Angeles to aid Israeli soldiers. Entertainment mogul Haim Saban and his wife, Cheryl chaired the gala. Saban is a national board member of the Friends of the Israel Defense Forces.

Any new Palestinian state will inherit ample water supply

The national religious party’s warning that Israel will be losing 1/2 of its water source if the West Bank becomes a Palestinian state is a slight exaggeration.

As it turns out Israel has other viable options to replace forfeited water source.

 

 

The national-religious Habayit Hayehudi party last week released a video warning of the dangers Israel would face following the establishment of a Palestinian state in the West Bank.
