Saudi diplomat slams Abbas’ rejection of Trump’s plans for statehood

Palestinian kleptocrats continue to rebuff the Trump Team’s creation of a “master fund” to administer the $50B plan that will implement monumental national projects modeled after the Marshall Plan (that rebuilt Europe after World War II) knowing full well it will reduce Palestinian poverty by 50% and bring down their sky-high unemployment rate to single digits.

The Trump administration on Saturday unveiled a $50 billion Palestinian investment and infrastructure proposal intended to be the economic engine to power its much-anticipated but still unreleased “deal of the century” Middle East peace plan.

Arab Media: Saudi Prince offered Abbas $10B to accept Trump’s peace-plan

Jordanian envoy to Ramallah, Khaled al-Shawabkeh reports 83 yr-old Palestinian autocrat rejected the offer saying, it would “mean the end of my political life.”

Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman has offered Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas $10 billion if he accepts US President Donald Trump’s plan for peace in the Middle East, also known as the “deal of the century,” the Lebanese newspaper Al-Akhbar reported on Tuesday.

A senior Palestinian official in Ramallah refused to comment on the report.

Referring to meetings between the Saudi crown prince and Abbas, the newspaper said: “According to information obtained by Al-Akhbar, Salman briefed Abbas about the details of the deal of the century and asked him to accept it.

In a letter published in the Guardian newspaper, former European politicians call on European leaders to reject the yet undisclosed, ‘Deal of the Century’ citing the peace plan provides the Palestinian with full, independent autonomy, but no ‘state’.

US advocates for Israel urge Trump to rescind Carter era legal opinion

FakeNews?? According to the Palestinian Al-Quds newspaper, the Trump peace initiative proposes establishing a Palestinian autonomy in Gaza with political and economic links to the West Bank, but with ‘Area B’ and ‘Area C’ remaining under complete Israeli control.

US President Donald Trump’s “deal of the century” to achieve peace in the Middle East will not include establishing a Palestinian state, and instead will propose Palestinian autonomy in the Gaza Strip with political and economic links to the West Bank, the Al-Quds newspaper reported on Thursday.
