Anarchists, Israeli Media Upset at IDF Officer’s ‘Violence’

The Israeli media is aiming its arrows at an IDF officer who slammed his gun into the face of an anarchist who was blocking a road along with other leftists and Arabs.

The officer has been identified as Lt. Col. Shlomo Eisner, Deputy Commander of the Bik’a Brigade. The anarchists uploaded a video to the Internet in which he is seen slamming his gun, magazine first, into the face of an ISM anarchist. Israeli court convicts Nazareth imam for inciting violence, terror

Prosecution argues that Nazzem Abu Salim’s ideological rantings about harming non-Muslims has led to the murder of an Upper Nazareth taxi driver, the kidnapping and robbery of a Jewish pizza delivery man, and attacks on Christians.

Nazzem Abu Salim, 47, the imam at the Shihab a Din mosque in Nazareth, was convicted Sunday by the Nazareth Magistrate’s Court of inciting to violence and terror, and supporting a terror group.

Deputy Court President Judge Lili Jung-Goffer determined that the substance of what he said and wrote, the type of violence he encouraged and praised, the size of his audience and their identity, the intensiveness of the publicity and the mood of the public he was preaching to left no doubt that there existed a real possibility that his words could spur others to violence or terror.

Last week, Arabs hurled rocks at Jews travelling through an Arab area to the Western Wall. Continue Reading »

Protect the Mount of Olives!

To allow unrestrained lawlessness at so sacred a site is what’s fundamentally unthinkable.

Last Tuesday, several hours before he was to wed, a young bridegroom wished to say a short prayer at his mother’s grave on Jerusalem’s Mount of Olives. He lost his mother last year and a visit to the cemetery constituted for him her inclusion in his special day. He was driven up by his friend Dror Klein.

‘Palestinian’ incitement against Jews; Hamas preacher declares Al Aqsa cannot remain under the control of “asses carrying books.”

The Middle East Media Research Institute (MEMRI) exposed another disconcerting video of ‘Palestinian’ incitement against the Jewish people. The video relays a Hamas preacher from Khan Yunis, Gaza, which aired on Al Aqsa TV on February 24, declaring that the Al Aqsa mosque cannot remain under the control of “apes and pigs.”

“We say load and clear: The struggle for Palestine is not a political struggle. It is a purely ideological struggle. It is a clear religious struggle between Islam and Zionism. It is a struggle between Truth and Falsehood, between Islam and heresy, between light and darkness, between good and evil,” the preacher stated. Continue Reading »
