Children Safe After Palestinian Terrorist Shoots At Children’s Playground

According to Israel Police, the Palestinian terrorist’s sniper fire apparently came from the direction of Jalazoun, an Arab village adjacent to the Jewish town, Beit El’s public playground.

Suspected Palestinian snipers on Saturday opened fire at a children’s playground in the Jewish West Bank settlement of Beit El, local media reported. No one was hurt in the incident.

Police said the fire apparently came from the direction of Jalazoun, a Palestinian refugee camp adjacent to Beit El.

Egypt President Sisi Says Palestinian Conflict Exploited For Int’l Terror Groups

Speaking at the Japanese Parliament Monday, Egypt’s President Sisi said, “It is no secret that terror organizations use the Palestinian issue…as an excuse for their atrocious operations & in the propaganda they spread to recruit new members.”

Egyptian President Abdel Fatah al-Sisi said Monday that Egypt is committed to maintaining its peace treaty with Israel and promoting an end to the Israeli-Palestinian conflict, which he claimed “feeds international terror organizations.”

Speaking at the Japanese Parliament Monday, the Egyptian president claimed that “Egypt was the pioneer of the peace process in the Middle East and it remains committed to its peace treaty with Israel notwithstanding the difficulties it has experienced in the past few years.”

Irony: Israeli drone sold to Russia used to defend Assad in Syria

What appears to be an Israeli-made drone was photographed in the Syrian skies, suggesting that a UAV sold to Russia is now being used by Assad’s army against the rebels.

An image released Sunday appears to show an Israeli-made drone flying over Syria. Israel Air Industries (IAI) sold the same model of drones to Russia, which may explain the aircraft’s presence in the country. Thus, in a stroke of irony, an Israeli drone is helping the Assad regime and its allies, Iran and Hezbollah, to maintain its rule and beat the rebels.

Syrian social media accounts claimed that the Israeli drone was sold by Russia to Assad’s army, but the photo and information were not published in official media outlets, so the accuracy of this claim is unclear. Continue Reading »

Israel buys 71 armored buses to protect civilians against Palestinian terrorists

Government finances a fleet of 71 bulletproof buses to protect citizens on bus routes traveling in the West Bank that are targeted by Palestinian terrorists.

Israel recently requested from the Merkavim factory 71 bullet resistant vehicles for a total amount of NIS 106 million, due to the continued wave of terrorism in the West Bank and renewed shooting attacks. This is the largest transaction for the purchase of bullet-resistant buses ever in Israel.

The IDF’s Southern Command has found that the Arabs who crossed the fence from Gaza yesterday (Saturday) did so in order to be sent to an Israeli prison, where they would receive a bed and food.

The three infiltrators told their interrogators about the difficult economic conditions in Gaza, and that they would have better conditions in a prison in Israel.

Palestinians reject Iranian cash to killed terrorists’ families that bypass PA coffers

An 81-year-old woman from Jerusalem may set a legal precedent regarding religiously-motivated gender segregation in Israel’s public spaces. A lawsuit filed by Renee Rabinowitz against national airline El Al, first reported in the New York Times on Friday, centers on the airline’s decision to ask her to move seats because an ultra-Orthodox man refused to sit next to a woman.

UN Ignores Reports of Hezbollah’s Daily Violations on Israel’s Northern Border

Israel’s Ambassador to the UN, Danny Danon, says the UN is giving Hezbollah free pass when 2,374 reports of violations of Israel-Lebanon Security Council resolution 1701 were completely ignored in 2015.

Israel’s border with Lebanon is violated on a daily basis, according to a new report by the Israeli Mission to the United Nations.

The report also shows the degree to which UN resolutions are ignored and even tolerated – despite the presence of United Nations observers. In 2015 alone, there were fully 2,374 documented violations of the most recent UN ruling on the Israel-Lebanon border, UN Security Council Resolution 1701.
