Turkey destroys Syrian chemical warfare facility, kills 10 Hezbollah bosses

Multiple sources reported on Saturday that a chemical warfare facility and a range of other Syrian regime targets were hit in multiple Turkish strikes, killing ten fighters and wounding at least 30 others at a Hezbollah HQ near Saraqeb.

At least nine members of Lebanese Hezbollah were killed in a Turkish strike in Syria’s Idlib, multiple sources reported on Saturday.

According to London-based Syrian Observatory for Human Rights, ten Hezbollah members, including officers, were killed in the clashes in the vicinity of Saraqeb, a strategic town in north Syria.

Hezbollah fighters hold flags as they attend the memorial of their slain leader Sheik Abbas al-Mousawi in Tefahta village, south Lebanon.

Turkey’s Erdogan is inciting again: Calls on world’s Muslims to ascend on Jerusalem

 

In a speech in Istanbul, the Turkish President claimed, “Israel kills children that play on the beach,” and condemned a new Israeli law that forbids the use of outdoor loud-speakers blasting the ‘call for prayer’ in residential areas from 11 p.m.- 7 a.m. threatening “a sufficient response to all who think to prevent the sound of the Muezzin in Al-Aksa and Jerusalem.”

Hamas leader Mashaal plans to visit Gaza with Turkey’s Erdogan next week

Turkish PM says Hamas leader invited him to visit Gaza visit after previously planned trips were cancelled.

Egypt also gives preliminary approval for Iranian Foreign Minister to visit Gaza.

Turkey’s Prime Minister Tayyip Erdogan said on Wednesday that he plans to visit Gaza next week, Turkish paper Today’s Zaman reported.

Erdogan said he was invited to join Hamas leader Khaled Mashaal’s visit to Gaza on December 5, Today’s Zaman reported.

The Turkish prime minister has expressed willingness to visit Gaza several times in the past. Earlier this month, Erdogan told reporters he plans to visit Gaza soon, and that Turkish officials are conducting talks with officials in the Strip in order to make the trip happen, according to Today’s Zaman.
