Dershowitz: Does Jimmy Carter’s Support for Hamas Constitute a Felony?

As Jimmy Carter was maliciously accusing Israel of war crimes & encouraging greater int’l support for Hamas, the terrorist group ruling Gaza, a noted civil rights advocate & legal expert claims the ex-president may have committed several criminal offenses by advocating for and providing support to a terrorist organizations.

 

 

Recently retired Harvard Law Professor Alan Dershowitz told J.D. Hayworth at Newsmax TV that Carter’s recent article in London’s Guardian Newspaper, urging international recognition for Hamas, may have constituted recruitment for an organization classified as ‘terrorist’ under US law.

Ranking IDF Officer: 70% of Hamas’ Rockets Decimated

Most of Hamas’s rocket arsenal has been decimated, a senior IDF officer stated Saturday, after the IAF hit multiple terror targets over the past week.

“Rocket fire in the Gaza periphery is related to Hamas’s desire and ability to put pressure on Israel,” the official told Arutz Sheva on condition of anonymity. “We’re talking about 30% of the rockets left now.”

“In my opinion, Hamas’s rocket production capabilities have decreased,” he added.

Hamas chief accuses Israel of ‘replicating Hitler’ in committing Holocaust

Hamas: Israel is ‘Opening the Gates of Hell’

 

Hamas says its rocket fire came in response to an Israeli airstrike on a Gaza home, vowing Israel will have no peace.

Hamas declared on Tuesday night that Israel had “opened the gates of hell”.

In a statement, the group’s so-called “military wing” said that it had resumed the rocket fire on Israel because the Israeli Air Force had launched an airstrike on a home in Gaza.

The group warned that “the price will be a heavy one”.

A large scale operation mounted from May to August by the IDF and Israel Security Agency (ISA or Shin Bet) foiled a Hamas network’s plot to carry out a coup in the Palestinian Authority (PA) in Judea and Samaria.

The news about the operation was under a gag order until today.

A Dutch recipient of Israel’s ‘Righteous Gentile’ award has returned it over Gaza

The prestigious Yad V’Shem award was returned after honoree’s family were allegedly killed in Gaza.

A Dutch man who received the prestigious Righteous Gentile award from Yad V’Shem has given back his medal, Haaretz reported Friday, in protest of the civilian casualties in Gaza.

Henk Zanoli, 91, hid a Jewish child in his home between 1943 and 1945, saving the child’s life. Zanoli and his mother, Johana Zanoli-Smit, received the medal for their actions in 2011.

But Zanoli returned the accolade earlier this week to the Israeli embassy in the Hague, citing the death of several family members of his great-niece’s husband, who is a Gaza native and whose family members died in Gaza during Operation Protective Edge last month. Continue Reading »

Hamas Detonates IDF Missile Negligently Killing 5, Including Italian Reporter

5 dead & several others seriously wounded when Hamas tried to dismantle unexploded IDF missile, only to end up detonating it.

Hamas sources in Gaza report that a dud IDF missile exploded on Wednesday, killing five including an Italian, after Hamas terrorists clumsily tried to dismantle the missile.

Hamas emergency services spokesperson Ashraf al-Qudra stated that in addition to the five dead, there are several more who are seriously wounded.

A spokesman for Hamas’s “military wing”, the Ezzedine al-Qassam Brigades, warned Thursday of renewed fighting with Israel if talks in Cairo to extend a 72-truce in Gaza collapsed.

“We appeal to the Palestinian delegation to not accept a ceasefire, unless it satisfies the demands of our people,” a spokesman using the nom-de-guerre Abu Obeida said in a televised address, adding that Hamas fighters were “ready to return to battle.”

This was poignantly and horrifically demonstrated on Monday when a group of some 20 Palestinian residents of Gaza held an impromptu demonstration to protest the rocket attacks emanating from their territory that have resulted in a devastating Israeli military response.

It didn’t take long before Gaza’s Hamas overlords became aware of the protest, and it took even less time before gunmen had rounded up and publicly executed the demonstrators for having the gall to exercise free speech. Continue Reading »
