IDF Kill Palestinian Terrorist, Jail Second For Throwing Molotov Cocktail in Samaria

IDF Paratroopers identify 2 Arab terrorists Saturday evening as they throw firebombs near Yitzhar, killing one and catching the other.

A terrorist was killed Saturday evening by a force of IDF paratroopers, after he and a second terrorist were identified throwing firebombs at vehicles on the Gilad road in Samaria, next to Yitzhar.

The second terrorist escaped and was caught a short while later. He was slightly wounded.

The Head of the Samaria Regional Council, Gershon Mesika, said Saturday evening: “I wish to congratulate the soldiers who reacted properly vis-a-vis the terrorist this evening. Unfortunately, we already know what terrible results the rock and firebomb terror can have.”

Hamas condoned on Wednesday a stabbing attack on a Tel Aviv bus which left nine people injured, calling it an act of heroism.

A 23-year-old man from the West Bank city of Tulkarm, illegally residing in Israel, stabbed nine Israelis on the 40 bus line near Maariv junction. Two of the victims were seriously wounded and several others suffered moderate injuries.

A terrorist stabbing attack took place Wednesday morning on a bus in central Tel Aviv, on Begin Road, near Beit Maariv. The terrorist in an Arab man, reportedly from Judea and Samaria.

A video taken a few minutes after the attack shows wounded civilians receiving first aid from emergency teams.

A video uploaded to Facebook by Jerusalem Councillor Arieh King shows the terrorist after his arrest.

Up to 17 people were reported wounded in the stabbing.

Israel’s military censor on Sunday cleared for publication the recent arrest of a terrorist cell claiming affiliation with the Islamic State (formerly ISIS) in the Judean town of Hebron.

The Shabak (Israel’s equivalent of the FBI) worked together with the IDF in November to track and successfully arrest the terror cell, which was made up of Palestinian residents of Hebron. There were no injuries on either side in the raid.

Ten Arab Terrorists Arrested During ‘Christmas Eve’ Operation

A total of ten Palestinian Arab terrorists were arrested overnight Wednesday/Thursday, after a special operation by the Samaria Brigade and the Duvdevan Unit of the IDF in Shechem (Nablus) exposed a weapons cache.

Security forces seized 2 pistols and several cartridges, an Uzi submachine gun, improvised weapons, ammunition, at least one Kalashnikov rifle and one M16, and 8 pipe bombs.

In addition, they confiscated funds set aside for more terror attacks, and arrested seven suspects.

The funeral for a Druze police officer killed in yesterday’s terrorist attack in Jerusalem has begun in his home town of Yanuh-Jat.

Sergeant Major Zidan Seif (30) was shot in a firefight with terrorists as he heroically intervened to stop the massacre at the Kehillat Yaakov synagogue in Har Nof; he died of his wounds late Tuesday night.

Palestinian Arabs in Gaza and elsewhere openly celebrated the massacre of Jewish worshippers at a synagogue in Jerusalem Tuesday morning.

Hamas hailed the attack as “revenge” for the death of an Arab bus driver in Jerusalem a day earlier, a death that was ultimately determined to be a suicide.

Hamas official Mushir al-Masri even managed to commission or otherwise obtain a grotesque political cartoon (left) praising the “heroic” synagogue attack, which he promptly posted on Twitter.

One of the victims of this morning’s deadly attack at a Jerusalem synagogue has been identified as the “Rosh Kollel” of the Torat Moshe yeshiva, Rabbi Moshe Twersky.

Torat Moshe Yeshiva,  sometimes called ToMo for short by its students, is an advanced level English-speaking yeshiva named for Rabbi Moshe Soloveitchik and founded by his grandson, Rabbi Moshe Meiselman.

Fatah SIM Smuggling Ring Busted in Israeli Prison

A sting operation by an undercover prison guard at the Ramon Prison in the Negev has resulted in the arrest of an Israeli Arab on suspicion of helping terrorist prisoners smuggle SIM cards into the jail. The cards were to be used by the terrorist prisoners for communicating with the outside world.

The white four-door hatchback with Palestinian plates was stopped at the Oranit checkpoint on highway 5 northeast of Tel Aviv after it “drew the suspicion of security guards” according to police.
