Israel’s former Ambassador to the U.N. Ron Prosor tackles the absurdity of the Palestinian refugee narrative by “exposing” the unmistakably non-refugee lives of nine descendants of Arabs who left Israel in 1948, but who cynically still continue to identify themselves as ‘refugees.’

A few months ago, researchers Adi Schwartz and Einat Wilf wrote in an article about their book “The War for Return” that children in refugee camps run by the U.N. Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East (UNRWA) could recite by heart their parents’ and grandparents’ stories about leaving Israel during and after the 1948 War of Independence. UNRWA was born of sin, and has metastasized into an abomination. The organization perpetuates the Palestinian refugee status to forthcoming generations, prevents any political settlement from being reached by its systematic anti-Israel indoctrination, teaches anti-Semitic incitement, and robs real refugees of potential financial aid.
The problem is UNRWA By Ron Prosor
A doctor trying to find a medicine to treat an illness must, first of all, determine its etiology. One of the main obstacles on the path to resolving the Israeli-Palestinian conflict is the United Nations Relief and Works Agency (UNRWA), the U.N. agency founded with the purpose of assisting only Palestinian refugees, and that perpetuates the fantasy of their return. From Israel at the UN:
Usually, during the UN International day of solidarity with the Palestinian People debate, the European Union makes a collective announcement.
This time, Sweden decided to honor us with its presence and hold its own speech.
To the Swedish State Secretary for Foreign Affairs Annika Soder who attended the debate (that results in numerous anti-Israel resolutions) and to the rest of the European nations, Israeli Ambassador to the UN, Ron Prosor, said:
“You, the European nations, never stood beside us, and it is no surprise that you aren’t standing beside us today. Continue Reading »

Foreign Minister Avigdor Liberman (Yisrael Beytenu) issued sharp criticism against the United Nations on Wednesday, after Secretary General Ban Ki Moon accused Israel of committing war crimes in Gaza.
Liberman said that before criticizing Israel for unintentional damage to UN facilities during a self-defense operation, UN leaders should ensure that UN facilities will not serve the prime purpose of storing and launching missiles at Israeli civilians – and for incitement, which is strengthening and encouraging terrorism.
