The IAF struck two Hamas targets in southern Gaza a few hours after a rocket attack on southern Israel. The IDF Spokesman Unit said that it viewed Hamas as being responsible for all terrorist activities in the Strip.

A Gazan woman and her infant daughter were killed when the Israel Air Force struck a Hamas arms-production site, and brought down a nearby house in northern Gaza, according to Palestinian medical officials.

The IAF launched air strikes on two Hamas targets in northern Gaza early on Sunday in retaliation for a Palestinian rocket attack on Ashkelon on Saturday night. The incoming rocket set off warning sirens, sending Israeli residents fleeing for cover, and an Iron Dome anti-rocket battery intercepted the projectile in the skies over southern Ashkelon. Israel Responds: IAF Jets Strike Gaza After Iron Dome Shot Down Palestinian Rocket

 

 

The Israeli Air Force reportedly struck a Hamas military training facility in the North of Gaza early Saturday morning in response to multiple rocket attacks from the coastal enclave the previous day.

Just before midnight Friday evening, an Iron Dome anti-rocket battery shot down a Gazan rocket over the southern city of Ashkelon.

“The IDF holds the Hamas terrorist organization solely responsible for the Gaza Strip and for maintaining peace in the region”, the IDF Spokesperson stated.

Arab media reported on Wednesday that Israeli warplanes struck a target in Syria, killing three people.

According to a report on the Hezbollah-affiliated Al-Mayadeen news portal, the Israeli air force jets struck a car in the countryside of Quneitra in the Syrian Golan Heights, killing three people.

Al-Manar, another Hezbollah-linked news portal, reported that it was an Israeli drone that had struck the vehicle, killing two members of a pro-Assad militia.

The IDF neither confirmed nor denied that it carried out the strike, stating that it does not respond to foreign reports. Continue Reading »

In addition, following several rocket attacks in recent days, Defense Minister Moshe Ya’alon has decided to close the Erez and Kerem Shalom border crossings between Gaza and Israel, the statement said.

Lebanese media outlets reported that IDF battle planes attacked today twice in the mountain rages of Jatamansi Arsel near the Lebanese Syrian border.

The Sudanese army claimed it shot down an Israeli drone, after Arab media reported on Wednesday that Israeli war planes struck sites around the Sudanese capital of Khartoum, destroying weapons sites apparently destined for Hamas terrorists in Gaza.

The London-based Arabic-language Al-Araby Al-Jadeed and other Arab news sources reported the strikes, saying they hit a factory producing long-range Scud missiles, a rocket storage site, as well as a convoy that was leaving the military site in Omdurman to the north of Khartoum.
