Stabbing Attempt Foiled, Palestinian Terrorist Killed While Lunging in Attack

 

Knife wielding Palestinian terrorist permanently neutralized while charging at IDF soldiers from the Kfir Brigade stationed in Gush Etzion; no harm or injuries to the soldiers.

A stabbing attack was thwarted in Gush Etzion on Friday afternoon when a terrorist wielding a knife charged at IDF soldiers stationed at a junction in the area before being shot and neutralized.

No injuries were inflicted on Israelis civilians or IDF soldiers from the Kfir Brigade deployed in the area, but the terrorist was left in critical condition before being pronounced dead shortly thereafter at the scene.

After Attempt to Stab IDF Soldier, Palestinian Terrorist Shot Dead While Stabbing Arab

 

On Saturday, a female Palestinian terrorist attempted to stab an IDF infantryman in Hebron, who pushed her away, and was then immediately shot dead by his fellow soldiers as she was stabbing an unfortunate nearby Arab civilian.

A Palestinian woman attempted to stab an IDF soldier in Hebron on Saturday afternoon, near the Cave of the Patriarchs.

From France to Israel: 8 French friends now serve in the same IDF combat unit

 

Dan Maimon, who made aliyah with 7 of his friends from France, is now serving in the same IDF combat unit with them, says, “It did not fit for us to live in France… We know that we made the right decision & are contributing to Israel’s security.”

Eight friends in France decided to make aliyah two years ago on Rosh Hashana. Last November, they fulfilled a childhood dream and enlisted in the Israel Defense Forces. The group of friends has since remained together, and serve in the same company in the Kfir Infantry Brigade’s Nahal Haredi battalion.

IDF soldier shoots Palestinian driver dead for attempting to run over soldiers

A Kfir soldier opened fire on vehicle at the Eyal checkpoint near Kalkilya after driver refused to stop, leaving 1 Palestinian dead, the 2nd Palestinian & an Israeli with light injuries.

 

 

A Palestinian driver attempted to run down soldiers at the Eyal checkpoint, north of Kalkilya on Tuesday afternoon, army sources said.

A soldier from the Kfir brigade who was at a checkpoint felt his life to be in danger and opened fire, critically injuring the driver, an army spokeswoman added. A passenger who attempted to flee the scene was shot in the leg and lightly injured. Continue Reading »

Alert IDF Soldiers Discover Illegal Weapons in Terrorist’s Possession

Late Tuesday evening, soldiers from the IDF’s Kfir Brigade discovered 2 automatic assault-rifles & a handgun while carrying out an arrest in the Judea & Samaria region.

Major Shai Kedem, deputy commander of the battalion responsible for the operation, explained how his soldiers uncovered the weapons.

“The incident started as a routine arrest that we carried out after receiving intelligence information,” said Maj. Shai Kedem, an IDF commander whose soldiers uncovered several weapons south of Jenin late Tuesday. During the arrest, the soldiers performed searches and found concealed weapons in the house of a Palestinian terror suspect.

Alert Troops Prevented Terror Attack From Gaza

IDF troops foiled an apparent terrorist attempt to infiltrate Monday night near the Gaza border fence.

Alert IDF soldiers on Monday night prevented a terror attack at the Gaza border fence. The incident occurred near Kibbutz Nachal Oz, Channel Two reported.

Several Gaza Arabs approached the border fence, the report said. IDF soldiers patrolling in the area identified suspicious figures near the fence, and ordered them to halt. Hezbollah watching and documenting IDF movements

Northern command is practicing direct conflict with Hezbollah fighters in bid to keep its troops on their toes, in wake of what top commanders are calling Hezbollah’s ‘compulsive’ documentation of IDF movements.
