HISTORIC: Israeli plane makes 1st public, non-stop to Saudi Arabia

Although no commercial flights are scheduled between Saudi Arabia and Israel, as the two states still share no official relations, direct flights between the two states are a considerable move forward in Saudi-Israeli relations.

An Israeli private jet landed in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia on Tuesday morning, per KAN news, marking the first time a public flight from Israel has ever landed in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

HISTORIC: President Trump on Air Force One’s flight to the Jewish State was the first flight to have a publicized flight plan to successfully fly directly (non-stop) from Saudi Arabia to Israel’s Ben Gurion International Airport.

Saudi TV commentator calls for peace with Israel, embassy in Jerusalem

Saudi Crown Prince bin Salman says Israel has a ‘right’ to its land

NYT reports: Saudi peace plan favors Israel, issues ultimatum to Abbas

Among the numerous decisions that please Israel, the report also said the Saudi Arabian Crown Prince offered the PA despot Abbas a direct payment, and gave him two months to accept the conditions.

A November meeting between Palestinian Authority Chairman Mahmoud Abbas and Saudi Arabian Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman included a discussion of a peace plan largely favoring Israel, The New York Times reported.

Saudi Arabia unblocks internet access to ‘The Jerusalem Post’

 

On Monday a Saudi journalist confirmed on Twitter that he can now access the ‘The Jerusalem Post’ news site from there on his mobile device.

 

After years without reliable verification, a Saudi Arabian journalist confirmed on Monday that Saudis can now access The Jerusalem Post online from inside the Kingdom.

A reader in Saudi Arabia also wrote on Twitter on Monday that he can now access the site from there on his mobile device.

It is unclear when the Kingdom stopped censoring JPost.com, but it apparently blocked access to the site beginning in May 2013. Continue Reading »

“Saudi Arabia has taken advantage of the ailing Arab situation, only to build relations with Israel. The price will be at the account of the Palestinians,” he warned, in comments quoted by Lebanon’s National News Agency.

“This is free normalization with Israel and this will open the doors to other states than Saudi Arabia to follow suit,” added Nasrallah.
