Israeli humanitarian aid organization IsraAID this month hosted Oscar-winning actress Susan Sarandon at a compound housing thousands of families that have fled the Middle East to find safety in Europe.

At the camp for displaced persons, IsraAID is running a psychosocial program, providing support to homeless and orphaned minors and training German civil servants and volunteers who are working at one of dozens of camps across Germany. Continue Reading »

Pro-Palestinian NGO, B’Tselem decides to forgo using IDF complaints system

Pro-Palestinian rights organization announced it will stop making official complaints over IDF soldiers’ conduct against Palestinian civilians to the Military Advocate General Corps, saying that after 25 years of reporting alleged abuse, it concluded the MAG corps was merely a ‘whitewashing mechanism.’

Israeli rights group B’Tselem announced Wednesday it was giving up taking complaints over soldier conduct to the IDF, after years of going through official channels brought few prosecutions.

 B’Tselem, a left-wing group that campaigns against Israel’s presence in the West Bank, said it had been providing information to the Military Advocate General Corps about alleged abuses for 25 years, but had concluded it was increasingly a “whitewash mechanism” and a “mere semblance of justice.”

The Swiss parliament’s inquiry into anti-Israel NGOs could bring about devastating changes for scores of pro-Palestinian NGOs operating in Israel & in the disputed territories.

Berlin – The Swiss Federal Department of Foreign Affairs (FDFA) has allocated funds in the millions to anti-Israel NGOs linked to terrorism and working in support of the Boycott, Divestment and Sanctions movement against Israel, according to a report that appeared in Switzerland’s Basler Zeitung on Monday.

The front-page story by veteran journalist Dominik Feusi, headlined “Resistance in Parliament against money for Israel-critical campaigns,” stated that MP Christian Imark had introduced a motion supported by 41 lawmakers from across the political spectrum calling on the FDFA to stop all direct or indirect funding to organizations that sponsor “racist and anti-Semitic actions” or are involved in BDS campaigns. Shurat Hadin – Israel Law Center on Sunday threatened to sue Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and the government if he does not shut down incitement by the Palestinian Authority that it complains is being broadcast via Israeli airwaves.

NGO Warns Rockefeller Brothers Fund Over Funding BDS

 

Legal rights NGO sends strongly worded letter to Rockefeller Brothers Fund warning its support of groups that advocate boycotting Israel could cause the fund to be “considered complicit and as a participant in these groups’ illegal activities.”

After the Telegraph released secret recordings of the Pro-Palestine ‘War on Want’ activities of promoting an academic boycott of Israel (since 2003) and its funding Apartheid Week on various UK university campuses, the British gov’t ended its funding.

The EU is financing the rabid anti-Israeli organization Zochrot, that’s set to host a conference in Tel Aviv next week to discuss how to flood Israel with ‘Palestinian refugees’, bringing an end to a Jewish state.

YouTube closes account of NGO that exposes Palestinian incitement

 

In a huge blow to the war on terror, exposing the Palestinians’ lies, deceptions and incitement to violence, YouTube has made hundreds of PMW’s videos inaccessible.

An NGO media watchdog that monitors Palestinian incitement claimed on Sunday that the video-sharing website YouTube has “terminated” their account after they released a Palestinian Authority broadcast featuring a little girl reciting a provocative anti-Zionist  poem.

The NGO Palestinian Media Watch said in a press release that after they had uploaded a video on Thursday showing a Palestinian girl recite a poem on PA TV which calls for a “war that will smash the oppressor and destroy the Zionist’s soul,” YouTube terminated the NGO’s account for violating their “terms of service.” Continue Reading »

Likud MK Yoav Kisch on Sunday introduced a legislation proposal seeking to label nongovernmental organizations operating in Israel while receiving the majority of their funding from foreign governments as “plants” or “agents” of the governments funding them.

Far-left Israeli NGO B’Tselem is licking its wounds after falling short in an online vote to win a 100,000 euro-grant from the Dutch government – and is blaming “right-wingers” for spoiling its chances.

B’Tselem – which receives most of its funding from foreign, primarily European, donors – was among 30 NGOs and charities running for the Dutch Human Rights Tulip 2015.
