Facebook sued by relatives of Palestinian attack victims for $1 billion in US court

 

Having already proven how the social media giant discriminates against Jews & Israelis, the NGO legal group seeks punitive action over what is seen as Facebook’s reluctance to help track potential Islamic militants & curb Palestinian incitement to violence.

A group of Israelis and Americans bereaved in Palestinian attacks said on Monday they would seek $1 billion in damages from Facebook Inc. for alleged complicity, as part of a suit filed in the United States against the social media giant.

Israeli NGO threatens Boeing with lawsuit over deal with Iran

 

In the last two years Shurat Hadin – the Israel Law Center, has won blockbuster judgments against the Palestinian Authority & Iran, and now says Iran needs to pay lost court debts before it can purchase the planes.

Shurat Hadin – Israel Law Center on Thursday told US aerospace giant Boeing that it will place liens on any of its airplanes slated for Iran if it goes through with an announced sale.

Law Center NGO threatens legal action against Netanyahu for inaction over PA incitement

 

Shurat Hadin has accused Netanyahu, as PM & acting communications minister, of facilitating PA incitement to lethally attack Israeli citizens by inaction and dereliction of duty, in allowing Palestinian airwaves open to maintain it’s regular incitement.

NGO Warns Rockefeller Brothers Fund Over Funding BDS

A federal appeals court in New York will look into the Palestinian Authority’s (PA) appeal against last year’s ruling that it must pay compensation to 10 families of terror victims with US citizenship.

In an email sent Wednesday afternoon to the Haym Salomon Center, Facebook rescinded its initial decision that a page that incited hatred and violence against Israelis met “community standards.”

A judge in New York on Monday ordered the Palestinian Authority (PA) and the Palestine Liberation Organization (PLO) to post $10 million in cash or bond while they appeal a jury’s finding that they supported terrorist attacks in Israel, Reuters reported.

Attorneys Nitsana Darshan-Leitner and Robert Tolchin sent a strongly worded warning letter to Muhtar Kent, CEO of Coca-Cola, over Khouri’s actions.

“This letter is a warning to the Coca-Cola Company that it should rescind its franchise agreement with the Palestinian National Beverage Company, headed by Zahi Khouri, who openly advocates for BDS against Israel,” the letter warns.
