We’ve heard the reports. Below is some video that seems to corroborate those reports. It’s bad enough that Hamas launches rockets from civilian locations like schools, hospitals and neighborhoods in the interest of garnering international sympathy when civilians are killed.

What happens when civilians attempt to heed the IDF warnings to evacuate so the locations can be bombed without civilian deaths, is far worse. These civilians are beaten by Hamas to force them back into the buildings they know have been targeted for destruction. Continue Reading »

Egyptian Forces Foil Three Terror Attacks Against Israel

Egyptian security forces shot dead a terrorist who planned on blowing himself up near IDF soldiers, as well as destroying a truckload of Grad rockets intended for Israel.

Egyptian security officials on Wednesday night thwarted what could have been a major terror attack against Israeli, Egyptian reports said.

Egyptian soldiers shot and killed a terrorist who was running to the Kerem Shalom border crossing, apparently planning to blow himself up at the crossing, where IDF soldiers check goods going into Gaza.

Hamas Rocket Cache Found in Yet ANOTHER UNRWA School

Against a Canadian demand, it appears that UNRWA will once again hand over to Hamas the rockets it found hidden in a UN school in Gaza.

United Nations relief agency UNRWA has discovered, for a second time during the current war in Gaza, Hamas terror rockets stashed in one of its vacant schools.

A statement by UNRWA Tuesday said that “Today, in the course of the regular inspection of its premises, UNRWA discovered rockets hidden in a vacant school in the Gaza Strip.”

“As soon as the rockets were discovered, UNRWA staff were withdrawn from the premises, and so we are unable to confirm the precise number of rockets,” the agency went on to say. Continue Reading »

Abbas’s family desert the West Bank for Jordan

Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas’ wife & grandchildren were among the family members who secretly traveled to Jordan recently.

Members of the family of Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas have secretly left Ramallah for Jordan, according to the online newspaper Rai Al-Youm.

“For the first time and secretly, all the members of President Abbas’s family have left to their residence in Amman,” the report said.

It said that Abbas’s wife and grandchildren were among the family members who left Ramallah recently.

The newspaper said that Mohamed Shehadeh, who is in charge of Abbas’s security detail, has decided to beef up security around the PA president’s office and residence in Ramallah. Continue Reading »

A senior Hamas officials last week boasted of using Gaza’s civilian population as a human shield, and confirmed that his movement is “leading our people to death.”

“The resistance (i.e., Hamas) is truly glorifying our people and our nation,” Hamas spokesman Sami Abu Zuhri told Al Aqsa TV last Monday.

War is Good! Hamas’ Millionaires’ Club Boasts 1,200 Members

Gaza’s corrupt leaders and other Hamas officials now boast of having over 1,200 millionaires, after its 7 years of successful war profiteering, skimming and theft.

In 2006 legislative elections, the Palestinian street overwhelmingly voted Hamas to counter rampant financial corruption in the Palestinian Authority. Now, after years of war-profiteering, it seems Hamas itself has become the premier Palestinian millionaires’ club.

Hamas Offers Israel a 10-Year Truce, Take it….or else!

Apparently feeling Hamas won this war against Israel, they demand an end to Jerusalem’s and Cairo’s blockade on Gaza, that Hamas prisoners be released and someone builds them a new airport.

Hamas officials on Wednesday officially rejected an Egyptian proposal to bring an end to the current Gaza war, but did reportedly offer their own ceasefire agreement.

The Egyptian proposal, which Israel accepted and briefly implemented unilaterally on Tuesday, called for an immediate cessation of hostilities on both sides, followed by negotiations in Cairo to hammer out the terms of a lasting truce.

But Hamas appears to feel it’s holding better cards than that, and, according to Palestinian sources cited by local media, has presented a 10-year truce in return for far-reaching Israeli concessions.

Israel’s Magen David Adom (MDA)emergency services on Monday offered to transfer blood units and donations to Gaza Strip, but the humanitarian gesture was rejected by the Palestinian Authority.

Israel Navy Commandos Enter Gaza & Successfully Destroy Long-Range Rocket Site

Four special-unit soldiers with light injuries were evacuated to hospital for treatment.

Over a 100 Gaza rockets fired over weekend.

 

 

Israel Navy commandos raided a facility from which Hamas fired many long-range rocket at Israeli cities, the IDF said early Sunday. During the raid, the commandos were shot at by Hamas gunmen, and returned fire. “The facility was hit and damaged,” the army said.

Four commandos sustained light injuries during the special operation. They have been evacuated to a hospital in Israel.

In a UN Security Council statement, the council urges a ceasefire between Israel & Hamas

 

British Foreign Secretary William Hague also called on both parties for a cease fire, but reiterated that Israel has the right to exercise self-defense.

“The Security Council members called for de-escalation of the situation, restoration of calm, and reinstitution of the November 2012 ceasefire,” the Security Council said in a statement.
