Syrian NGO: Iran, Hezbollah troops preparing to withdraw from southern Syria

Just a day after Russian FM Sergei Lavrov said that Iranian and allied forces should withdraw from the Southern Syria “soon,” the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights reported [Thursday] that Iran & Hezbollah are preparing to withdraw their troops from Syrian areas close to the Israeli border.

Iran and Hezbollah are preparing to withdraw troops from a southern Syria region close to the Israeli border after Russian intervention, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights said on Thursday.

REPORT: Hezbollah chief, Nasrallah worth $250 million – from illegal drugs

Al-Ittihad, an Arabic language newspaper published in the UAE, reported that Sheik Hassan Nasrallah has amassed a net personal worth of around $250 million from Hezbollah, his terrorist organization’s illegal drug operations in the U.S. and Europe.

A Colombian police investigation confirms Hezbollah operations in Latin America, that under the guise of a legitimate organization, they actually deal in illegal drug smuggling & distribution, money laundering and agent recruiting operations.

Beirut to increase army forces on border with Israel

Argentina teams up with US to cut Hezbollah’s funding networks in Latin America

In 1992, bombers, allegedly linked to Hezbollah, attacked the Israeli embassy in Buenos Aires killing 29, and 2 years later, an attack on a Jewish community center in the city left 85 dead. None of the bombers were ever convicted, but now, the US & Argentina are working together against Hezbollah to put an end to their military activities & drug smuggling.

The pilot program for female soldiers in the IDF armored corps failed after two of the twelve female recruits dropped out during basic training.

As part of the pilot program, the IDF sought to have three female soldiers serve in a tank and work together with one male soldier.

Israel’s navy holds exercises to neutralize any surprise Hezbollah attack

In the largest IDF drill since 1998, tens of thousands of people participated from the different military branches, including reservists, to bolster their preparedness for the next war on Israel’s northern frontier.

The Navy is drilling fighting off Hezbollah naval commandos mounting a surprise attack on Israel as part of a large-scale amphibious training exercise taking place in the north this week.

Among other scenarios, the Israeli sailors faced a swarm of jet skis and small motorboats carrying Hezbollah fighters, divers and suicide bombers.

Next conflict with Hezbollah will force Israel to reoccupy parts of Southern Lebanon

In order to trade for a serious UN resolution that improves & maintains the security situation on its northern border, the IDF will be forced to retain & occupy Southern Lebanon when Hezbollah forces the next war on Israel.

In the event of another war with Hezbollah, the IDF’s objective would be to occupy parts of southern Lebanon where the group has support and infrastructure, in order to force a UN resolution that improves the security situation on the northern border, a senior IDF officer said on Monday.
