By Erez Linn, Israel Hayom Staff & News Agencies

Former U.S. President Barack Obama’s administration had given Iran its tacit consent for the development of ballistic missiles capable of striking Israel but not Europe, a new report by the Middle East Media Research Institute alleged Thursday.

Arab media outlets responded Wednesday to the nuclear deal between Iran and world powers in typical form – satirical cartoons. The reactions to the deal were in no way consistent, and there was a clear demarcation between Sunni Arab states and the Shiite world.

The typically anti-Iranian Saudi newspaper Al-Okaz claimed that Tehran had received a prize free of charge: “There are many documents highlighting Saudi concerns that the deal would signify a prize for a regime that does not respect the basic value of being a good neighbor, and is constantly intervening in regional conflicts in Iraq, Syria, Lebanon, and Yemen.”

Another Saudi newspaper, Al-Watan, wrote that releasing the financial pressure caused by the sanctions would have disastrous consequences. Continue Reading »

If a nuclear deal is reached between world powers and Shi’ite Iran, it could stimulate covert cooperation between Israel and Sunni Arab states.

Analytical Examination of P5+1 ‘Bad Deal’ With Apocalyptic Betrayals Ongoing & Future

Rather than a bold show of force, Obama seeks ‘deal at any price’, so we could be looking at an Islamic inspired apocalyptic World War III in the not-too-distant future.

By Noah Beck

President Obama’s far-reaching efforts to facilitate Iran’s march to nukes amount to nothing less than apocalyptic betrayals of U.S. voters and allies – betrayals that will make the world exponentially more dangerous.

Leader of the “Free World”….

Obama has ignored the countless reasons to doubt that the ayatollahs will make and keep a nuclear accord that prevents them from acquiring nuclear weapons. Here are just some of those reasons:

1) Iran’s president Hassan Rouhani boasted about his own role in exploiting diplomatic talks to advance Iran’s nuclear program,

2) Iran hid its nuclear facility in Qom until it was exposed in 2009 and continues to cover up its nuclear work in Parchin),

3) Iran recently tried – in a single transaction – to buy know-how for nukes and impunity for one of its biggest terrorist attacks. Continue Reading »

Iran would be able to build a nuclear bomb in “two weeks” if it gets “access to 270 kilograms of 20 percent [enriched uranium], 10 tons of 5 percent, and 20 thousand centrifuges,” Nabavian stated, according to Iranian media reports. “We are not looking for a nuclear bomb, but having a nuclear bomb is necessary to put down Israel.”

Regarding Iran’s resumed diplomatic relations with the US, Nabavian stated, “If Obama asked for a meeting five times before the visit to New York and several times during the visit, it’s because over these eight years measures were taken [by Iran] and, as a result, the United States [now] needs Iran.”

White House Tells Congress New Sanctions May Kill Diplomatic Talks with Iran

By Elad Benari

The U.S. administration on Tuesday stepped up its battle to thwart moves by lawmakers to tighten sanctions on Iran, AFP reports.

The administration warned that passing new sanctions on Iran would jeopardize tough negotiations on Tehran’s nuclear program.

Secretary of State John Kerry videotaped a message to members of Congress warning against any new sanctions during the six-month period of talks foreseen by a deal struck last weekend in Geneva.

“He certainly understands that this will be a vigorous debate, though he believes that everything doesn’t have to be a showdown,” State Department spokeswoman Jen Psaki was quoted as having told reporters. Continue Reading »
