IDF Exposes 6th Hezbollah attack-tunnel, notifies UNIFIL of another 1701 violation

With the discovery of the sixth Hezbollah cross-border attack tunnel that penetrated dozens of meters into Israeli territory, the IDF announced Sunday the end of Operation Northern Shield.
– Special IDF team will destroy the tunnel in the upcoming days.

The IDF announced the end of Operation Northern Shield on Sunday after it discovered a sixth cross-border attack tunnel belonging to Hezbollah in northern Israel.

UNIFIL confirms 4th of 5 Hezbollah tunnels violating UN resolution 1701

Having not acknowledged that all 5 tunnels Hezbollah dug into Israel violates the Jewish State’s sovereignty, UNIFIL did confirm the existence of the 5th Hezbollah tunnel violating UN resolution 1701 on Saturday, but only after the concrete pumped into a tunnel discovered in Israel began to exit homes in Lebanon, pouring into the street.

UNIFIL, the UN’s peacekeeping force stationed in the demilitarized zone between Israel and Lebanon, on Saturday confirmed the existence of another cross-border tunnel which the Israeli army on Friday filled with cement to block it.

IDF pumps cement into Hezbollah attack-tunnel pouring out of Lebanese homes

IDF drone-cam: The cement used to fill and neutralize Hezbollah’s attack-tunnels on the Israeli side came leaking out of the tunnel from several places in the southern Lebanese village of Kafr Kila.

Twenty-three days after Israel launched Operation Northern Shield and found the first tunnel dug into northern Israel from southern Lebanon by Hezbollah, the military has completed the destruction of a number of tunnels which infiltrated close to the community of Metula.

U.S. Congress targets Hezbollah & Hamas with anti-human shield legislation

A bill that singles out Hamas & Hezbollah as habitual offenders of an inhumane tactic that violates international law was approved in the House of Representatives and is set to pass in the Senate, before being signed into law by President Trump.

The US House of Representatives passed legislation targeting those who use “human shields” in military confrontations with Israel. The tactic is often employed by Palestinian terrorist group Hamas and the Iranian-backed Lebanese Hezbollah organization, who Israel says conceal their arsenals in civilian structures such as schools, homes and hospitals.

The legislation—titled the “Sanctioning of the Use of Civilians as Defenseless Shields Act”—passes to the Senate, where it is set to be approved, before heading to President Donald Trump to be signed into law. Continue Reading »

Russia warns Lebanon over Hezbollah’s violations of Israeli sovereignty

London-based Arabic media outlet reports that the Russian government sent a stern warning to Lebanon to not permit ongoing violations of Israeli territory by a member of its government, Hezbollah, following the IDF’s discovery, and UNIFIL’s verification, of 4 attack-tunnels thus far.

The Russian government has warned Lebanon not to permit violations of Israeli territory by the Lebanese terrorist group Hezbollah, the London-based Arabic media outlet Asharq Al-Awsatreported.

According to the report, Moscow warned the Lebanese government in a letter “not to play games with United Nations [Security Council] Resolution 1701”, referring to the August 11th, 2006 motion by the Security Council marking the end of the second Israel-Lebanon war. Continue Reading »

The Israeli Defense Forces announced on Sunday morning that it had exposed a fourth tunnel on Israel’s northern border as Operation Northern Shield enters its third week.

The IDF operation, aimed at locating and destroying an unknown number of tunnels built by Lebanese Hezbollah, was made public on December 4 after being carried out for over four years previously under the name “Operation White Gold.”

Hezbollah flabbergasted: IDF uncovers third Hezbollah terror tunnel

Immediately after the IDF uncovered yet another Hezbollah attack-tunnel, explosive devices were placed inside the tunnel rendering it neutralized and extremely dangerous for anyone entering from the Lebanese side.

A short while ago, IDF troops exposed a cross-border attack tunnel that crossed the Blue Line from Lebanese territory into Israel.

The attack tunnel is under the IDF’s control and does not pose an imminent threat, the army stated.

Lax German illicit terror finance policies permitted the US and EU proscribed Lebanese terrorist organization Hezbollah to run a vast criminal enterprise to raise funds through a money laundering operation in Europe and South America. French prosecutors put fifteen members of the criminal organization on trial on Tuesday  in Paris.

IDF exposes Hezbollah exploiting agricultural NGO posts for military use

IDF: Hezbollah is using multiple posts under the auspices of the NGO environmental group, ‘Green Without Borders’ to observe and report on IDF troop movements, a violation of UN Resolution 1701.

The IDF has revealed another Hezbollah position under the auspices of the “Green Without Borders” agricultural front organization.

“Hezbollah violates Resolution 1701 on a regular basis, operating in the area south of the Litani River, using civilian camouflage and reinforcing military capabilities in the rural areas of the Shi’ite villages in violation of UN resolution,” the IDF said.

Mysterious WhatsApp message warns Beirut residents of weapon caches

Lebanese newspaper attributes to Israel how thousands of residents from the Dahieh suburb of Beirut received WhatsApp messages on their mobile phones, warning them that the Iranian proxy, Hezbollah, has weapons storage facilities in their area, suggesting residents ‘proceed with caution’.

Thousands of residents of the Dahieh suburb south of Beirut, an area controlled by Hezbollah, received anonymous mobile phone notifications warning them they live in close proximity to a weapons storage compound that has the potential of exploding at any moment, the Asharq al-Awsat newspaper reported on Wednesday, implying Israel is responsible for incident.

US Senate bipartisan bill condemns Hamas, Hezbollah’s use of human shields

12 Republican and 3 Democrat senators are currently sponsoring a bill would impose concrete penalties against Hamas, Hezbollah and any group that exploits the use of human shields.

A bill introduced in the United States Senate last week would “impose concrete penalties” on terrorist groups that set up “their terrorist infrastructure among civilian populations,” singling out Hamas in Gaza and Hezbollah in Lebanon as the main perpetrators of the use of human shields.

Senators Ted Cruz, R-Texas, and Joe Donnelly, D-Indiana, and 15 other lawmakers have sponsored the bill.

UK to join US, Canada, the Netherlands, Arab League outlawing Hezbollah

London paper cites UK plans to update 2008 decision to blacklist Hezbollah’s military wing by outlawing Lebanon’s entire shiite terror group by end of 2018.

The United Kingdom Home Secretary Sajid Javid plans to outlaw all of the Lebanese terrorist organization Hezbollah in Britain later in 2018, according to a report in the London-based Jewish Chronicle on Tuesday.
