The Israeli military thwarted an attack on the Israeli-Syrian border on Sunday night, killing four terrorists in the process.

According to the IDF, a group of armed terrorists approached the border with an explosive device near the border town of Majdal Shams, which was intended to be detonated against IDF troops. In response, an IAF aircraft targeted the group and prevented the attack.

Stolen Torah Returned to Jewish Community by Iranian Police

Jewish Iranian MP thanks police for the return of an ‘invaluable’ Torah scroll that was among several ancient manuscripts that ‘disappeared’ from a Shiraz synagogue.

Iran’s FARS news agency reports that an ancient hand-written Torah that had been stolen from a synagogue in southern Iran was found and returned by Iran’s paramilitary Basij police force to the Jewish community.

The report has not as yet been confirmed by other sources.

A number of ancient Torah manuscripts were reported lost about two weeks ago from a synagogue in Shiraz, the capital city of Iran’s Southern Fars province.

The Shi’ite Houthi militia which is loyal to Iran and receives support from the Islamic regime has moved its conquest of Yemen into a new stage, opening its battle for the southern port city of Aden which controls access to the Red Sea and ultimately to Eilat and Israel.

In a 26-page document – found in the trash at his apartment and revealed by Argentina’s Clarin newspaper – Nisman had written a request for President Cristina Fernández de Kirchner and her Foreign Minister Hector Timerman to be arrested on charges of covering up Iran’s involvement in the deadly 1994 bombing of the AMIA Jewish center in exchange for lucrative oil deals.

An Iranian cultural center will reward a $12,000 prize to the artist who creates best cartoon satirizing the genocide of Jews , in ghoulish contest inspired by Charlie Hebdo images.

An Iranian cultural center announced a plan to hold a competition for Holocaust denial cartoons, in response to the massacre targeting the Charlie Hebdo magazine after it published cartoons depicting the Prophet Mohammed.

The Chatham House-YouGov survey, which documents British attitudes toward the United Kingdom’s international relations polices, was published last week.

In a section titled “General public attitudes towards other countries” respondents were asked to name the countries they “feel especially favorable towards” and “especially unfavorable towards.”

An Israeli strike on Syria that killed six members of the Iranian-proxy Hezbollah terrorist organization also killed six Iranian solders and commanders, including an Iranian general.

An Iranian cleric has accused Jews of being skilled sorcerers and said that Israel uses their power against Iran.

The Tehran University professor, who was recently interviewed on Iran’s state broadcaster, said that Jews use sorcery for espionage. Valiollah Naghipourfar talked about jinns, or genies, according to The Daily Beast.

“Can jinns be put to use in intelligence gathering?” the Islamic Republic of Iran Broadcasting presenter asks the professor in the video, which was uploaded to YouTube on July 2.
