Israeli embassy’s Facebook page posted Palestinians would ‘lynch’ Jewish, Jesus & Mary

Bethlehem, once a thriving town, 80% Christian, dwindled down to a mere 15% due to religious persecution by the ruling Palestinian Muslims.  The mistreatment of Christians and Jews is nothing new. Gaza, Lebanon & Egypt’s demographics reflect the same phenomenon.

The comment was true….just not diplomatic.

The official Facebook page of Israel’s embassy to Ireland this morning posted, and then abruptly deleted, a provocative message arguing that “hostile Palestinians” would “lynch” Jesus Christ and his mother, Mary, if they lived in today’s Bethlehem. The town of Jesus’s birth is today part of the Palestinian West Bank.

Developing a firmer understanding of shale oil’s chemical complexities is crucial to the search by oil explorers in both Israel and North America drilling at home in shale rock and sands for alternatives to traditional OPEC crude, an expert told The Jerusalem Post in an interview last week.

The importance of classical Hebrew was recognized almost 600 years ago in England, according to official records.

By Eva Fett

The U.K. government has dropped Hebrew as an official recognized language for the purpose of teaching it to school children, according to press reports.

The government exclusion of Hebrew from the provided list of officially recognized languages for primary schools could damage Jewish education, the Board of Deputies warned this week.

But after the ministry’s planning committee heard objections at a public meeting held Monday, developers were told they must reduce the number by 100, and make other adjustments before resubmitting the plan for “final approval.” Continue Reading »
