Palestinian teens caught with backpack containing Molotov cocktails, fuel and knife

 

The 2 Arab 17 yr-olds from Jabel Mukaber, south-east of Jerusalem, were surveilled by Border Police conspicuously holding a bag unusually full & heavy, that after inspection, contained nine glass bottles, 2 of them already prepared as petrol-bombs, 2 large plastic bottles of gasoline and a knife.

A prosecutor’s statement was filed Monday against two 17-year-old residents of Jabel Mukaber in south-east Jerusalem, for carrying and manufacturing weapons. The two are expected to be indicted sometime during the week after having been caught with Molotov cocktails, fuel and a knife.

The two were caught at the beginning of last week after they were surveilled by a police force and by Border Police operating in the area, who noticed that they were carrying a school bag that looked abnormally heavy and full. Continue Reading »

Palestinian Terrorist shot dead after stabbing 2 Policemen in Jerusalem

 

Both Border Guard police officers transferred to hospital where they are in stable condition after being stabbed at the Lion’s gate entrance to Jerusalem’s Old City.

An Arab terrorist stabbed and moderately wounded two Border Police officers in Jerusalem’s Old City early Monday morning.

The attack occurred at the Lion’s Gate on the city’s eastern side facing the Mount of Olives.

The 25-year-old terrorist approached the police guard station, entered and began wildly stabbing.

Knife attack at Qalandiya checkpoint thwarted, Palestinian terrorist shot, neutralized

 

After multiple calls to stop did not halt her advance, a knife yielding Palestinian woman was shot & neutralized on Friday while quickly approaching Israel Border Guard officers at the Qalandiya checkpoint. She was subsequently arrested and given medical assistance.

Security forces stopped a stabbing attack on Friday at the Qalandiya checkpost near Ramallah. The incident occurred when a Palestinian woman had approached the checkpoint, with a knife in her hand, despite being repeatedly called upon to stop.

Border Police (MAGAV) troops stationed in and around Jerusalem, Judea & Samaria will be issued new gear that will protect their necks from Palestinian knife-attacks.

As stabbing attacks have once again grown more frequent over recent days, Border Police troops will soon be issued new special protective gear for their necks, the purpose of which will be to protect them from stabbings, according to a Channel 2 report.

Israeli security forces thwarted an attempted stabbing attack on Monday afternoon at the Cave of the Patriarchs near the West Bank city of Hebron.

Security forces shot two Palestinian assailants near the holy site, killing one and critically wounding the other. There were no initial reports of injuries to the Israeli side.

Undercover Border Police troops arrested on Tuesday five Palestinians aged 13-25 who were throwing stones at police and Border Police forces in Jerusalem’s Ras al-Amud neighborhood.

Video footage obtained by Ynet shows the Palestinian youth hurling the stones at security forces, and several seconds later captures the Border Police detective, in civilian clothes, catch them in the act.

The upper house of the Swiss parliament approved the purchase of six unarmed Hermes 900 drones with 30 votes in favor and 12 opposed, confirming the lower chamber’s previous authorization of the deal.

ZAKA reported Friday morning that a rampage terror attack occurred a short time ago near the Border Patrol’s base in the Shimon HaTzadik neighborhood in Jerusalem.

A police statement clarified that the Arab terrorist attack was conducted in a private car that approached the base from Zaks Junction before going up on the sidewalk and running over five people, of whom four were from the security forces.
