Abbas boasts Nazis & Zionist were linked before WWII

In an interview on Lebanon TV, PA president Abbas was quoted as saying Israel’s PM agreed to allow Palestinian refugees to flee Syria to W. Bank on condition they relinquish right of return. Abbas also linked Zionism to Nazism.

Israel’s Prime Minister’s Office official said Abbas’ statements were “full of inaccuracies.”

Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas was quoted Monday as saying that the Zionist movement had links with the Nazis before World War Two.

Asked about allegations that he was a Holocaust denier, Abbas said that he had “70 more books that I still haven’t published” about the alleged link between the Zionist movement and the Nazis.

Lebanon catches ‘highly-paid spy for Israel’

Al-Manar TV reports that the Lebanese army arrested local man who was paid $600,000 to pass on intel on Hezbollah & the military to his Mossad handler.

The Lebanese army has arrested a citizen suspected of collaborating with Israel, the Hezbollah-affiliated Al-Manar TV reported on Monday.

Ali Taufiq Yari, a former member of the Baalbek City Council, was branded as the highest paid spy to date, as he was said to have received $600,000 for his service to the Jewish state.

According to the report, Yari began working with Israel’s Mossad in 1990, and had undergone intelligence training that taught him to use invisible ink, concealed radio devices and other means of communication. Continue Reading »

Judaism’s Temple makes appearance as election topic

Amid all the pre-election arguing over diplomatic, security and economic issues, the rebuilding of the Temple in Jerusalem made a brief appearance as a topic of fiery debate between two Israeli candidates.

Italian students go to Poland to study the Holocaust

More than 700 students from 60 high schools & universities in southern Italy’s Puglia region made the trip.

Italy mandates Holocaust education in its public schools, and hundreds of students take part in educational trips to Auschwitz throughout the year.

Some 130 high school students from all over Italy flew to Poland Sunday on the annual “Voyage of Memory” to Auschwitz and Krakow sponsored by the Italian Education Ministry in collaboration with the Union of Italian Jewish Communities.

IDF Bulldoze Second Palestinian Outpost Near Jerusalem

The IDF dismantled a Palestinian tent outpost northwest of Jerusalem on Monday, which had been erected in protest of Israeli settlement construction plans in the area.

A military source said that four tents were dismantled and one building bulldozed. The source also said that the IDF removed equipment from the area. Palestinians said that a large contingent of Israeli security personnel accompanied bulldozers to the site, and activists were prevented from reaching the area, according to Palestinian news agency Ma’an.

Indeed, Israel Is The Good Enemy

In Arab countries where Palestinians make up a good percentage of the population; they are deprived of all basic necessities, starting with education, down to basic healthcare.

Israel has welcomed Palestinians as visitors, patients & even as investors. This generosity was only limited when Hamas started bombing Israeli civilians with no signs of an end in sight.

Facebook last week closed for 24 hours the account of the Jerusalem Post’s Arab affairs reporter Khaled Abu Toameh, for what it said was “security reasons.” The account was opened one day later with two posts critical of corruption in the Palestinian Authority and in Jordan removed. Palestinian security forces shot and injured three Palestinian youths during a riot that broke out in the al-Am’ari refugee camp in Ramallah on Sunday. The extent of their wounds wasn’t immediately clear.

Yesh Atid Party’s Chief: All I Want, is to be Rid of the Arabs

Yair Lapid, the head of the Yesh Atid party, explained Sunday that he has no expectations from negotiations with the Arabs.

“I do not think that the Arabs want peace,” he wrote on his Facebook page.

Lapid said that he does not care what the Arabs want. “What I want is not a new Middle East, but to be rid of them and put a tall fence between us and them.” The important thing, he added, is “to maintain a Jewish majority in the Land of Israel.” Continue Reading »

Egypt Security busts massive explosives caché headed for Gaza, largest one yet

Bedouins & Jews Charged with Planning Terror Strike

2 Jews are accused of supplying stolen explosives to a pair of Arab brothers who planned a rocket strike against Israel.

Two Bedouin Arabs and two Jewish accomplices have been charged with planning a terror rocket strike on Israel.

The Shin Bet and the Negev Central Unit of the Israel Police arrested two Bedouin brothers, Mahmoud Abu Quidar, 25, and Sameh Abu Quidar, 22, in recent weeks. The two have admitted to being in contact with terror elements in Gaza and abroad, preparing explosive charges and attempting to build rockets for launching at Israel.

Two additional suspects in the case are Jewish Israeli citizens, one of them an IDF soldier, who supplied the main suspects with weapons stolen from the IDF, which were used in preparing the explosive charges. Continue Reading »
