Israeli Minister Seeks to Outlaw Groups That Monitor & Harass Jews on Temple Mount

 

The PA condemned Public Security Minister Erdan’s request Monday, asking Defense Minister Moshe Ya’alon to declare the Murabitat group, that shouts obscenities & incites against Jews, and who physically block non-Muslim visitors access to the holy site, as an unlawful association.

Israel Police clash with disruptive Palestinian protest in Jerusalem

WATCH: Israel’s Police are called when Palestinians organize disruptive counter-event to Jerusalem’s annual Light Festival, in objection to the capital’s municipality expressing its Jewish identity.

Police used stun grenades to disperse hundreds of Palestinians on Wednesday who were protesting against an Israeli light festival at the Old City of Jerusalem.

Police said four men were arrested. A few were pushed to the ground during the scuffles but no serious injuries were reported.

Palestinians Drops Demand to Ban Israel from FIFA

FIFA 2015 Congress infected by violent politics as pro-Palestinians storm hall, throw red cards at Israeli delegation as well as reports of bomb scare.

Palestinian Football Association President Jibril Rajoub is submitting an amendment to the PFA’s proposal to ban Israel from FIFA, minutes ahead of the vote itself.

The vote was not expected to reach the required majority.

Rajoub said he wanted to find a “responsible solution” to the issue, as opposed to “scoring points.”

Insisting he thinks “it is right” to ban Israel, Rajoub added that “a lot of colleagues” had expressed “how painful it is for them to hear, in this (football) family, to hear the issue of suspension.”

How does the Palestinian Authority (PA) education system look? A broadcast aired on official PA TV this Sunday and Wednesday gave an in-depth look at how children are being exposed to arts, theater – along with boycotting Israel and “killing Jews.”

In a broadcast from a school in Hevron holding a theater contest that was meant to use “culture” to teach children to boycott Israeli products, a boy interviewed said “I came to rehearse the play in order to boycott Israeli products and fight the Jews, kill them, and defeat them,” as translated by Palestinian Media Watch (PMW).

Balad MK Hanin Zoabi will face prosecution pending a hearing for allegedly inciting violence and insulting a public official, the Northern District Prosecution informed Zoabi’s attorneys on Tuesday.

The Justice Ministry said the decision was made after receiving the prosecution’s recommendation to file an indictment against Zoabi and after Attorney General Yehuda Weinstein held several discussions regarding the issue with State Attorney Shay Nitzan and representatives from the State Prosecution and the Northern District Prosecution.

Israel Police Arrest 8 Arabs in Jerusalem Behind Online Incitement Campaign

8 Arab extremists arrested in Jerusalem in Israel Police’s largest operation of its kind against online incitement of racial hatred & violence.

Israeli police said Monday that eight Arab residents of Jerusalem have been arrested for inciting anti-Jewish violence in postings on the Internet.

The eight were detained last week for “inciting hatred, violence and terrorism” against Jews and Israeli security forces, mostly with messages and videos on Facebook, a police spokesman told AFP.

The spokesman said one of the suspects had posted a picture of himself with an M16 assault rifle. Such postings had resulted in “many messages of support on Facebook,” he said.
