About IDF’s demolishing Hamas terror-tunnel beneath humanitarian aid crossing

WATCH IDF Video: Last night, and again this morning, the IDF destroyed a Hamas terror-tunnel dug beneath the Kerem Shalom border crossing, that intruded almost 600 feet into Israel.

IDF planes finished this morning, Sunday, demolishing a terror tunnel that passed under the Kerem Shalom Crossing from Gaza into Israel.

The IDF says with certainty that the tunnel belonged to Hamas.

The tunnel started in the Rafiah area 900 meters (2,953 feet) into Gaza and extended 180 meters (591 feet) into Israel. It passed under the gas pipeline between Egypt and Gaza.

IDF Spokesperson Ronen Manelis says that the tunnel was located several days ago. Continue Reading »

Egyptian authorities asking TV celebrities to tell Palestinians to accept Jerusalem declaration

Egyptian officials says that since many other renowned Muslims in the region have acknowledged that Jerusalem doesn’t really hold much religious significance for Islam, there’s really no reason why the Palestinians can’t accept Ramallah as their capital.

In a hushed, roundabout way, Egyptian authorities are pressing the Palestinians to accept US President Donald Trump’s recognition of Jerusalem as the capital of Israel as the new reality.

REPORT: Cancelled $500 million missile deal with India still tenable

Just prior to Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s upcoming five day visit, meant to be spent with Indian PM Narendra Modi for much of the visit, the Hindustan Times reported that the Indian Army insists on the deal being completed.

A $500 million Indian purchase of 8,000 Spike antitank missiles from Israel that New Delhi canceled last week, just days before Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s upcoming trip to India, may still come about through a different channel, Indian media outlets reported.

Middle East expert and senior lecturer at Bar Ilan University, Arutz Sheva weekly columnist Dr. Mordechai Kedar says that the Palestinian Authority is losing support in the Arab world, claiming that former allies are growing “sick of the Palestinians,” as they find support for PA efforts against Israel contrary to their national self-interest.

17 yr-old Palestinian poster child indicted, with mom & cousin for assaulting soldiers

Ahed Tamimi, the 17 yr-old Palestinian blond, blue-eyed poster child, known for inciting violence with IDF soldiers ‘for the camera’, was charged with aggravated assault, incitement, hindering a soldier in the line of duty, threatening a soldier’s life and stone-throwing after attacking 2 IDF soldiers who refused to react to her vocal & physical abuse in Nabi Salih, along with her mother & cousin.

Palestinian teenager Ahed Tamimi, 17, and her mother Nariman were indicted on Monday for assaulting IDF soldiers in the West Bank village of Nabi Salih.

The United States did not pressure Guatemala into announcing it will move its embassy in Israel to Jerusalem, the Central American state’s foreign minister said Wednesday.

Trump’s Jerusalem decision counters Obama’s spiteful UNSC vote that changed American policy

President Obama’s motive for changing the status quo of Jerusalem at the UN Security Council was personal, not patriotic. 2 more family members of ‘Shirley Temper’ arrested for assaulting IDF soldiers

2 more female family members of arrested ‘Shirley Temper,’ were taken to an Israeli military court Thursday and charged with “assaulting a soldier, harming the security of the area, incitement, and other felonies.”

Two more Arab women appeared in an Israeli military court Thursday after a viral video of an assault on Israeli soldiers in Judea and Samaria, an AFP journalist said.

Nariman Tamimi, 43, and Nour Naji Tamimi, 21, were detained in a case that has set Israeli and Arab social media alight.

The video filmed in the village of Nabi Saleh shows Nour and her cousin Ahed Tamimi, 17, approaching two Israeli soldiers, before shoving, kicking and slapping them while filming on mobile phones. Continue Reading »
