Hamas militants in Gaza are paying tens of thousands of dollars to the ISIS Sinai branch each month, in exchange for the group’s assistance at smuggling weapons into the terrorist enclave.

Hamas’ military wing in the Gaza Strip has been transferring tens of thousands of dollars a month to the Islamic State group’s Sinai branch over the past year, via one of its emissaries.

Israel’s Shin Bet arrests 5 suspected ISIS followers from Nazareth

 

After an intelligence search & investigation by the IDF’s Northern Command, joined by the Shin Bet, Israel’s Northern District prosecutors charged 5 men from Nazareth with severe security offenses at the Northern District Court on Tuesday.

Security forces arrested five Arab Israeli youths from Nazareth on suspicion of training with weapons and holding secret meetings after coming under the influence of ISIS ideology, the Shin Bet domestic intelligence agency announced on Tuesday.

Islamic State takes credit for double suicide blast killing 41 in Hezbollah section of Beirut

Two explosions in a predominantly Shi’ite area of southern Beirut have killed at least 41 people, according to the Lebanese Health Ministry as cited by Al Jazeera. At least 200 are said to be injured.

The two blasts were separated by minutes. Local reports indicate two suicide bombers conducted the attacks and that the body of a third suicide bomber> was found at the scene of the bombings. Continue Reading »

IDF units reportedly ordered into Syria Saturday to recover paraglider after crossing over border in order to join ISIS-affiliated terror group.

Unconfirmed reports suggest Israeli ground forces briefly entered Syria on Saturday evening after an Israeli man paraglided across the border.

It was initially feared that the paragliding Israeli unintentionally drifted into war-torn Syria and would there be abducted by one of various terrorist militias. The northern Golan Heights region is popular with Israeli paragliders.

45 ISIS Insurgents Die of Food Poisoning From Ramadan Feast

Kurdish media reports the poisoning of 45 Islamic State fighters who died eating the Iftar meal, after the day’s Ramadan fasting.

45 ISIS fighters died on Monday night after eating poisoned food at a group Iftar meal in Mosul, Iraq. The report was released by Al Sumaria News, a Kurdish paper.

The Iftar meal is the one Muslims consume after the day’s Ramadan fasting is over.

While the source of this poisoning is unknown, in November, the Times of Iraq reported that Syrian Free Army Rebels and the local cooks had poisoned the food of ISIS fighters in the Fath El-Sahel camp, killing dozens of them. Continue Reading »
