Racist American Attacker Assaults Israelis – For Speaking Spanish

Not the brightest guy in the room: Racist attacker from the U.S. takes ignorance to a whole new level when he mistakenly thought the Hebrew he heard spoken, was Spanish.

A 23 year-old man has been arrested over a racially-motivated assault in which he punched two Israeli men – because he thought they were speaking Spanish.

Dylan T. Grall of Janesville, Wisconsin attacked the two men, who were conversing in Hebrew, on Madison street on Saturday morning.

The police report of the incident describes how, upon hearing the two men speak, Grall approached them, swore at them “and demanded they speak English.” Continue Reading »

Listing the greatest obstacles to peace, Straw said that unlimited” funds available to Jewish organizations and AIPAC in the US are used to control and divert American policy in the region.

Straw, who served as foreign secretary in Tony Blair’s government in 2001-2006, further claimed that Germany’s “obsession” with defending Israel was also a contributing factor to failure to achieve peace. Continue Reading »

Gaza Fires 2 Mortar Shells That Hit Southern Israel

Terror Attacks from Gaza militants continue as 2 mortar shells hit Eshkol region in southern Israel.

Gaza terrorists fired two mortar shells at the southern Negev early on Sunday afternoon. The shells exploded in the Eshkol region, but did not cause injury.

Once AgainThe military has advised agricultural workers in the area to seek shelter.

Last week terrorists from Hamas-controlled Gaza fired a mortar shell that hit the Eshkol region. Less than a week earlier, a projectile fired from Gaza hit southern Israel.

DST ends in Israel at 2 a.m. Sunday, setting clocks back 1 hour

 

For 1st time, Israel starts winter clock in line with most European countries instead of weekend before Yom Kippur.

Daylight Saving Time will switch to Standard Time in the early hours of Sunday morning, marking Israel’s transition to the winter clock.

At 2 a.m. Sunday, clocks will be set back one hour to 1 a.m.

This year DST lasted 212 days, ending in late October instead of its previous endpoint before Yom Kippur.

In July, the Knesset approved legislation extending DST from October 6 to October 27, in line with Europe. Continue Reading »

Police charged three people Saturday over an anti-Semitic attack in Sydney’s eastern suburbs that left one man seriously injured.

Four men and a woman were walking on Blair Street, Bondi, at about 12:30 AM Saturday,  on their way home from a Sabbath eve meal, when a group of about eight young men began yelling anti-Semitic insults at them, and then attacked them.

Former Palestinian minister Shaath refuses to acknowledge the buildup of the Jewish national home over the centuries; a majority in Safed in the 16th century, & by the 1860s the Jews re-established their majority in Jerusalem — decades before British armies took over the Middle East. This return was a product of the national will of a people which Shaath and his colleagues still refuse to recognize, thereby perpetuating the conflict with Israel to this day.

The three Hebron University engineering students had intended to build a pilotless aircraft equipped with explosives, according to the Palestinian security source.
